I honestly have no bad reviews

Its a lovely modern space with everything you need. Clean and spacious, bright and warm with comfy beds. Plenty of sitting space and the balcony is very pretty. There are 2 double beds and a massive sofa in a large sitting room which proved perfect for our daughter who needed to study through the night. It's just off the high street with pubs, restaurant and shops just around the corner. Access to the beach is less than 10 minutes walk. Self check in was easy and convenient.

Not the nicest of areas and the neighbours were a bit noisy with there motorbike at unreasonable time's but like anywhere once inside your home is your castle....

Hard to find fault but possibly the external concrete steps to the property could be restricting for less able visitors

Property very clean and modern with very good facilities making it homely and comfortable. The location is perfect, so close to a vibrant high st and close proximity to the beach.

Late arrival time given of 4pm. But allowed entry before this time to drop off shopping.

Very spacious. Cleam and tidy. Plenty of cutlery plates and condoments. Homely feel - second time staying.

A bit wary of it being someone else's home which I didn't know about, obviously being let out as a holiday home but I couldn't feel 'at home' really which is a shame.

Clear instructions from the off, and no bother following them. Very clean, and everything was as described ~ having said that i don't think people realise this is somebody's actual home hence all the food stuff in the cupboards etc (Take a look in the guide to see) but it was all very nice and comfortable especially the beds.

Beautiful upstairs apartment, spacious, comfortable, modern and lovely decor. A hop skip and a jump to the high street with a great selection of restaurants and cafes. We could have happily stayed longer!

There was nothing that I did not like. The only thing that I suggest is that handrails need to be fitted to help get you out of the bath because there was not a bath mat in the bath/shower. We bought a bath mat (which we left in the bath) to make the showering safer so we would not slip, either in the bath or getting out of the bath. Other than that, our stay was very enjoyable and I would return to this apartment anytime.

The apartment was roomy and the balcony was very handy, especially to sit out on.

It didn’t bother us but important to note that there are steps to carry luggage up.

Location was 2 minutes from Southbourne High Street (walking) with lots on independent shops, restaurants and coffee shops and walking distance to the beach. Excellent location for visiting Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. Key code was issued on day of arrival which was very easy.

It would have been good to receive the Key Code a few days in advance, My emails delayed because of no service. Or a text message. If you have big car then the road to get to the car space is tight,

The accommodation was just like the photos online. All the rooms were a good size. Comfortable beds, It was clean and in excellent condition. Walking distance to restaurants. Ludo was lovely something for everyone on the menu.
