Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Amazing location, 5 minute walk to to docks & 10 minutes walk into the city centre if that! The hotel itself was lovely, friendly staff and nice rooms. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Liverpool.

Lovely modern hotel in a great location to explore the city. Staff were attentive and helpful. The room itself was comfortable and clean, as were all the other areas of the hotel. We paid a bit more but didn’t begrudge it.

The most comfortable sleep I had in a long time. Clean from top to bottom. Absolutely loved the stay. Even had a lovely little note from housekeeping. They are doing a fantastic job. I had a suite with shower and bathtub made use of both. Absolutely loved the rainshower, caps provided also. All there from bodywash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Little treats upon arrival with a selection of coffee and tea, also lovely bathrobe. Massive bed, massive tv..Great service at breakfast and wide range of food choices. Check in and out was easy. United KingdomDifficult to point out anything we did not like as our stay all went well. Maybe the cost at circa £150 per night could be paired back a bit but I suppose you get what you pay for. Oh, just remembered, biscuits in the room to accompany the tea and coffee making facilities would be nice.
Hotel is ideally situated for exploring Liverpool. We were upgraded to a Deluxe room which was enormous and a great extra wide comfortable bed.
