It would have been lovely to have a slightly bigger room but too pricey to upgrade

Location was perfect for exploring London with tube only 5 mins walk away. Breakfast buffet excellent for my teenager. Great shower and superbly friendly staff.

The room was SMALL , as was the bathroom, the smallest bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel and the shower head was coming away from the ceiling.

The hotel is beautiful, staff were amazing, location is fab for Oxford street and the palladium.

There were no sockets near the bed, but there was a big row of sockets and usb plugs on a desk. The staff did not greet us during the day and instead looked at us to see if we had a keycard when we went up the lift.

The room was very spacious and clean, it had everything we needed. The location was perfect, it's near a Tottenham Court Road tube station, 2 supermarkets are located just 5 min from the hotel and it's in a very nice neighborhood. Covent Garden and Soho are in a walking distance from the hotel, which was perfect for us. There are a few small gardens located near the hotel which is perfect for a hot summers day.

Could do with extra pillows in room. Be aware if you leave window open then traffic \ people noise/sirens is really annoying but it is London so sort of expected

Shower cubicle very small. Bit dusty in places.

Great location, room adequately sized for one, nice view onto the street, friendly staff, powerful air conditioning and hot water, lots of sockets, an adapter and shower caps were provided, comfortable bedding.

Our fist room was quite small even though we did book a premium room which was supposed to have a separate seating area with a sofa.the receptionist claimed we did have a premium room albeit without a sofa,we did get a larger family room with a sofa and a £20 drinks voucher for the inconvenience so all good in the end.

Breakfast was fine with both buffet and alcarte available, location is great for theatres many are within walking distance

We’ve stayed on May and it was pretty hot. The air conditioning was not able to refrigerate the room properly.

All the staff was so lovely. We had to stay one extra night due to our flight’s cancellation and Talyta was extraordinarily helpful, arranging all details for us to stay at the same room we already are. We are very grateful to her. A special thanks also to Helena, that always brings joy to our breakfast.

Our only issue was the air conditioning which was ineffective.

Our premium room was clean, comfortable, quiet and reasonably spacious. The hotel is a lovely old building in Bloomsbury so small corridors and lift. Our bathroom was also on the small side but had a decent shower and everything we required. Breakfast was very good with a buffet and a la carte menu choice. Staff friendly and polite.

We walked passed the hotel when arriving from the train station. We were looking for a sign saying Radisson Blu Edwardian, the hotel sign just says Kenilworth. Also a noisy building site nearby.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean & modern

Like most Raddison Blu hotels there was no mirror above the desk . There was a mirror but no plug socket immediately near by to make things worse the hotel hairdryer was attached to desk within drawer and wouldn’t stretch to mirror if hotels are going to do this please install suitable one in bathroom or just jnstall a mirror above desk . Getting ready shouldn’t be such an effort just so frustrating. We also found the cellophane on all cups and glasses unnecessary and not very environmentally friendly.

Loved the location, cleanliness, restaurant and fantastic friendly staff .

Not enough charging points- only 2 British chargers and a couple USB points

Room was spacious and there was plenty of room for cases etc. Bathroom was also nice and well laid out. Clean room and comfy bed. We asked for more water to the room and they brought it up to us. Good staff
