The lift was broken, there was no fridge in the room and the shower gel, shampoo etc had been attached to the wall so high, if you were in the bath and needed it you would have to stand and stretch to reach it.

The location was excellent for what we wanted to do.

Had a twin room 4th floor. No view out of window and room felt small. However this was fine for one night, personally wouldn’t have liked it for any longer and did feel slightly short changed.

5 mins walk to Buckingham Palace - Excellent location to see/walk to all the tourist sights. Hotel staff all extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean.

The only problem was we went out for a walk to go sight seeing when we got back to our room the door was left open staff had brought us complimentary chocolates and biscuits which was nice but they didn't close the door behind them .I reported it to reception they apologised and said they would look in it that was the only negative thing .

The location was very good right across the road from Buckingham Palace. The hotel was lovely .

Not really worth the money paid £520 for the night The extra for the view was really non existent as we were to far along to look on the mews No fridge in the room sockets only one side of the bed difficult to plug in the kettle Despite being aware of a 60th birthday no effort was made to a knowledge this Oh and the light in the bathroom was hanging out the ceiling. Would stay again but with lower expectations.

Excellent location, very friendly staff, good breakfast. We appreciated a lot, that the zöliakie of my daughter was carefully handled and there were plenty of option for a gluten-free diet.

Room view was to inner area next to AC units. No view but honestly spent little time in room.

The restaurant was way overpriced with scant selection for breakfast at a high price. Suggest you get morning eats down the street.

Amaizing room, so clean and beautiful. Definitely 5 stars, staff could not be more helpful and friendly. It was our 40th anniversary and they made it so memorable with a lovely note and a beautiful little cakein the room. Location was perfect, right across from the Royal Mews and Buckingham Palace. Short walk to the tube station and Victoria station. Absolutely loved the shower and bath, very luxurious. Lovely hotel with so much history, can't wait to go back.

Maybe the size of the shower... it was very clean and served its purpose but just felt a little on the smaller side.

The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The location was within a 5mins walk to the London Tube and in what seemed to be a safe area near Buckingham Palace. Dinner in the Curry Room was outstanding and worth every penny of the prix fixe menu. The rooms, at least the one we had was not huge but they were well appointed and had everything we needed.

Not only was the property beautiful but the people within it also made you feel so special and went the extra mile in everything we did. Each room is slightly different giving it, its own personal touch. Loved it!

Nothing, it was wonderful.

The staff were amazing! From the doorman to the bellhop to the waitstaff, we felt cared for and comfortable the entire time! They truly went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and didn’t have to worry about a thing. It was the very best beginning to our honeymoon that we could have asked for :)

I wish the shower glass covered a bit more of the shower. Each time I used it, I had to wipe down the floor and toilet bc they got soaked.

Perfect location for the activities we had planned. The room was small, but adequate. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the counterspace in the bathroom. Employees were so friendly and helpful!

The check-in process took too long late at night (30 minutes). Also the agent must have been new as she gave us incorrect information stating that rooms would not be cleaned every day unless we asked and also stating that the water in the room was only free the first night. The room was cleaned every day (without us asking) and we learned later that the water was actually included.

Staff was exceptional and location was great.
