Accessing the property via the digital keypad was sometimes challenging but this is a minor issue.

The accomodation was wonderful. It was clean, tidy and modern. The location was excellent. We would stay again.

Parking. Had to use a public car park (Paragon) at £15 a day.

Beautiful flat, tastefully furnished and decorated. Comfortable beds, plenty of storage and good bathroom. Well fitted out kitchen/diner. Relaxing sitting room with large television. Very quiet location yet within easy walking distance of the centre of the city.

Phone signal is a bit spotty

Pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the property as it was even better than the pictures! Modern, clean and located well with only a few minutes walk to Bath Abbey and the shopping area. It was also quiet which made for a good night's sleep. The host is excellent in her communication and accommodated our request for a late check out which we were grateful for!

Couldn’t find any floor mats for stepping out from the shower. Also couldn’t find any dishwasher tablets

Nit picking here, but outside of flat was a bit dreary. Although loved the fact there was a bit of outside space which we did utilise.

Absolutely amazing - spotlessly clean and excellent facilities. My mum has limited mobility but it was perfect being on the lower ground floor. The location was fantastic as I was attending my graduation and it is close to all amenities. Ekaterina was amazing and so helpful that she made our stay perfect-thank you.

Parking - unfortunately there is no parking with the property, but few public parking are available at walking distance. We used Podium parking, where we left the car for multiple days.

Great location, the property is magnificent, good size with all the necessary for a family stay. We had a small problem to access the property, and received immediate support from the host. Really appreciated the fast communication.

We have stayed in Bath a good number of times over the years, and this apartment was possible the best we have stayed in. The location was perfect. Everything was at your fingertips. The apartment was very spacious. Tastefully decorated, all mod cons, and much more. Loved every bit of it. You would be hard pressed to find something better.

It's really picky, because it was a lovely place, but the coffee cups were too big to fit under the spout of the coffee machine. A "welcome pack" of a pint of milk, some teabags, etc would have been nice but that's picky too. It was a lovely place and neither of the things I mentioned would stop me staying again obviously
