Location excellent. Handy corner shop and pub and not far from cliff walk or town. Apartment well equipped. Even supplied salt, pepper, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets as well as plenty of tea, coffee and sugar. Also good instructions for heating, cooker etc.

I felt so at home at this place. The comfort factor here is unbelievable. I enjoyed every moment of my stay, I could cook, sleep comfortably and enjoy being near the ocean. The staff are also very welcoming, especially Jordan. The easiest, smoothest stay I've ever had to date. I've travelled around the world and it was nice to arrive, enjoy and leave as a happy guest.

Our stay here was perfect! Super helpful and friendly with check-in. The apartments are immaculate and beautifully styled. The extra touches they provide here make it even better!! The location is brilliant, a short walk away from everything. We will definitely be booking again!

The isolation wasn't that good so i needed to keep using the radiator the entire time.

A couple of lights kept flickering constantly. The sofa was incredibly uncomfortable it was beautiful and stylish but lacked comfort. The bed was a bit too firm for our liking however still kept ok.

Love the facilities. It was really well maintained. Very modern. Had all kitchen utensils should you need them.

At the price, I would have expected at least a coffee cafetiere - in a Citadines I would have expected a small Nespresso machine. I saw in the pictures there was no coffee maker so I packed a filter cone

I went as a volunteer at Bournemouth conference. The property was 5 downhill minutes away from Bournemouth Conference centre, and the Conference Fringe hotel (the Marriot) was 100 yards property. There was also a well stocked convenience store, so I used the kitchen a lot. Also good big TV with Netflix etc etc.

There were a few minor things overlooked by the builders/installers. The most worrying was legs on some chairs not screwed to the seat correct. This soon rectified after a call to the property manager.

We did have some minor niggles, such as the batteries in the remote control being dead, likewise the clock. We only found one cleaning cloth for the whole flat, and no cleaning products to freshen the loo apart from the brush.

We liked being so close to the beach, shops and restaurants. There were no hosts in residence, but they were accessible by phone and answered our question about the induction hob. The flat was light and airy.

Some instructions for the washing machine would be good and we would have liked access to now tv but these issues weren’t a problem, just would have been a bonus.

Pebbles is a very nice clean and very good value for money apartment. Although there is not a host to greet you, any questions are dealt with promptly and courteously by E.Mail (B.Com). Access was easy and parking was good. The apartment is well proportioned and neat with all the mod cons you would expect. A 5-10 min walk to the beach or shops. On a rainy day there is a choice of at least 5 eateries within a 500 yard walking distance, plus a handy corner shop. Altogether a very nice place to stay, well looked after and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The view from balcony isn’t the best but can’t be controlled, but that’s the only negative everything else was really good!

Very very minor detail of no bedside lamp or dimmer switch and nowhere in shower to put your shower gel/shampoo

Noisy doors, struggled to sleep because the doors are so heavy and you can hear other guests coming and going throughout the day/night. The pillows were far too soft made for a nights sleep just constantly waking and adjusting, small picky thing just bring your own pillows if this would effect you.

Lovely clean flat, perfect if you wanted to cook anything you'd like handy to have a fridge and freezer, everything is decorated and finished to a high standard. Nice touch to include a fan in the hot weather. Parking included which is good as it isn't far to walk to the beach however don't bring a wide car its a very small space to squeeze through.
