Chairs in rooms require varnishing/upgrading as visible scrapes on the arm which can appear unsightly. Breakfast excellent choice, however, too much salt or brine with vegetarian option.

Rooms were spacious. Staff at Spa on evening Friday 7 June were polite and helpful. Food in Aura Bar was fresh and delicious.

Absolutely no complaints to make.

We had an Arran view room which was both spacious and spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful breakfast at the hotel each morning and a fabulous evening meal on three of the four nights we stayed (the other evening we were hosted by family). Special mentions for Blythe and Jim on reception and Nicole and Sophie in the restaurant and the ladies on housekeeping. All were amazing. This was the second time we have stayed at the Seamill and we have booked to stay again.

We should have mentioned that the TV did not keep its station. We gave up, but didn't really need it so did not advise staff, which we should have done... THE MARMALADE!! No way I could open those little pouches with even only slightly arthritic hands. I saw several people asking for help... So please change that. It is sooooo frustrating, and easily avoided!

Love the ambience of the place and of course the location. Room had possibly the best view, being out over the garden. Meal was lovely and staff attentive, professional and friendly...

Restaurant was a little pricey The "hydro spa" was misleading. 1 room beauty room with no appointments available.for.our whole stay :(

Room was a little dated but very comfortable. Realise new owners need time to get things done their way.

Room had the view to die for, top floor looking out to Arran. Meals were great. Breakfast freshly made, lunch and dinner were superb.

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast excellent, plenty of choice. Only complaint lots of flies and an ant trap on window sill, not great. Loved the leisure centre, pool etc.

Amazing place in an amazing location! We got the sea view room which was just absolutely amazing looking out and seeing the islands in the distance. Staff were amazing and the facilities were great! The pool was very big and loved every minute in there!

We have an electric car and didn’t know we needed an RFID card to use the service so that caused us quite an issue as we had to journey to a nearby town to charge.

Booked lunch and swim as a birthday gift, so decided to have sandwiches with soup as was having a main meal in restaurant in evening. Extremely disappointed that there was no vegetarian soup offered. 😠 Only chicken & sweetcorn. In evening , l had cauliflower gnocchi which was supposed to have mushrooms in it. Asked staff to ask the chef why not one mushroom was in meal, when mushrooms were mentioned but was told chef had finished work for the evening. Service was extremely slow. Waited about 20mins to order desert, then had to go up to staff at bar to order. Felt sorry, as there wasn't enough staff on as the bar area had become so busy.

Loved the room with sea view. Swimming pool and spa facilities. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was well organised and food was delicious.

We stayed two nights and had dinner the first night. The starter and dessert were good, but the meal course wasn't to our liking - very small in portion and the lamb was shredded with very thinning mashed potato.

Good breakfast with full Scottish continental option, the superior double room was excellent. but some of the room furniture are getting tired looking. The leisure facilities was excellent with fitness suit, decent pool for swimming and sauna.

In the 40m2 rooms some floors are creaking which is quite annoying during the night when people go into the bathroom. Breakfast: It would help if the plates would be just warm not burning hot (even though the staff is warning us) Also, the beans for breakfast are served in a metal dish which is so hot that you have to take the napkin in order to pour it into ones plate. (I dont eat beans in the morning but watched those who did.

Generous, large rooms with all amenities. Good choices for breakfast and generous parking possibilities.
