The radiator wasn't working, making the room extremely cold overnight. However, it wasn't a problem during sunny days.

We really liked the location as it was close to the beach and was accessible by city buses. The host was lovely and the room was more than beautiful than our expectation.

Very comfortable bed and pillow . Fluffy towels and clean white linen. Host very friendly and accommodating. Quiet after 9 policy stopped any sleep disturbance from other guests . Had a lovely relaxing time

I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I arrived. This is a guest room in part of a house. No breakfast options. But microwave and fridge in room plus a shared kitchen.

It was very clean and comfortable. I particularly liked the location, very close to the beach and city center. The flat itself was really beautiful, with mirrors everywhere and a great garden for really amazing pictures. Overall, Inga is a very friendly and warm host.

Great friendly and accommodating hosts; a beautiful lush modern style bedroom/bathroom and kitchen, as well as all super clean. And warm and very comfortable. In a quiet location close to the sea. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in Bournemouth.

The property has car parking which is a massive plus in Boscombe. The owners are very helpful and polite - nothing is too much trouble. The room is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. There are a lot of additional extras which are very thoughtful for example - an alcoholic drink on arrival and fresh milk in the fridge. The personal approach at this accommodation is what makes it an excellent place to stay.

Cleanest place ever stayed. Loved the coffee machine. Loved that it had a microwave, fridge and shampoo and conditioner. Owner was lovely and accomodating.

Shower was a little small with such a large sink but workable. I could see the room getting quite hot in summer as was warm in June and with only the skylight window you would need to let light in to ventilate.

The location was great. Only 5 minutes walk from the beach. Very nice room with bathroom. Well dressed. Quiet location. Nice little touches like espresso machine in room and molton brown shower gel. Owner Inga was great. She offered to pick us up from train station and even found time to take us back to station on return journey.

We chose this accommodation mainly as it came with off-road parking, as we had just returned from a family trip; our car was packed full of luggage and had bikes on the back. We were asked to move our car on the day of check-out, despite new guest check-in not beginning until 3pm. This meant we had to miss quite a bit of the Airshow, which we came to see. Check-in was not provided early for us, and we were not able to park there until 2.40pm, so I would have thought keeping the car there until a similar time, would have been acceptable. Street parking was not available during the day, due to the airshow. Felt a little rushed getting back and missed quite a bit of the airshow.

Wasn’t happy with the bed thought it was very uncomfortable. Bathroom had cobwebs around the light.

Size of the room. I was anticipating it to be a lot bigger but it was a little cramped for my liking.

Check in was smooth. They were thoughtful enough to keep some milk in the refrigerator for us. That was a good touch. Full marks for cleanliness.
