We had a problem with the code for the door when we first arrived but this was very quickly sorted. I also reported that the door latch was very difficult to open from the inside. I have reported this twice directly to the owners as it sometimes took two of us to open it and I worry that an elderly person or someone there by themselves may not be able to get out quickly if needed.

Beautiful apartment with comfy beds and great living space for chilling out.

The only thing was the parking. There was very limited available on the road parking for us as most locals also used these. It would be great and make such a difference if the owners could purchase one of the parking spots in the building car park.

It was a beautifully maintained property, we loved the decor, the rooms and the nice treats left for us on arrival.

The property is a little gem felt at home and some nice touches like tea and coffee etc. Great to have two bathrooms the property felt roomy for a family of 4. Thanks for a lovely stay.

This is a lovely property to stay in. It is very well furnished and has lots of good facilities. Beds and couch were very comfortable. Good wifi too. Location was great and we managed to get a free parking space on the road behind the building. We used it as a location for going to Ponds Forge and it is a 15 mins quiet walk through the city to the pool. Good restaurants nearby as well. Communication with the property management was excellent.

bamboo clothes rail in bedroom. it was a nice feature but worried if you hung too many clothes on it, it would break. likewise bamboo hanging in hallway. just didn’t seem sturdy enough for heavy coats.

The apartment was really warm, but this was due to the weather, a fan was available to use. It was a little noisy outside but thats acceptable in a city

It was great that we were so near to our competition venue and the little extras including tea, coffee, milk, sweetners, sugar, cookies etc was beneficial especially if you have a late check in for some travellers

The code door is annoying. Would prefer a normal key. A dish rack and clothes horse would come in handy.

The bed was comfortable, the apartment was nicely decorated and well furnished. It has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

The only downside we had was the apartment was a little bit out for our needs (when the tram wasn’t working) & road noise at night

Very clean, comfortable apartment. All kitchen essentials available to use. Short walk to centre of Kelham Island or short ride to City Centre. Host was fantastic and easy to communicate with. Easy check in and out. Would highly recommend
