I honestly can't think of anything!

Pauline is an incredible host! She met us at the door and showed us into the property. It is an amazing property that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You also can't beat the location- less than a 5 min walk to the Barron Court underground station. If you walk 10-15 mins the other direction you can find all sorts of restaurants and cafes. Very safe and secure, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I highly, highly recommend!

This wasn’t a problem for any of us, but my tip would be to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper because of the road (I wear earplugs anyway and couldn’t hear a thing!)

Beautiful property, immaculately presented. Very comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and the host had left some treats which were much appreciated. Good instructions on everything and the internet was fantastic. The terrace itself stood out as being a bit different - I enjoyed reading about it on the internet!

Everything was great. Just a suggestion regarding the living room sofa bed area. If there was maybe a black out blind on the back door to stop the light shining in.

Pauline was great. She made sure we had everything we needed home from home. lovely touch leaving some items to enjoy to tie us over until we got some items ourselves. We felt very comfortable. The apartment was spotless. You knew Pauline takes pride in her apartment.

There was nothing really to complain about. Sometimes there was noise travelling to the apartment, but that is expected anywhere in London. In general, a great place to stay and really nothing we did not like.

Pauline is a wonderful host and the apartment is exceptional! It is very clean, well furnished, has everything needed, in an excellent location, and we were really taken care of during our stay. The great bonus is a wonderful bakery near the apartment.

The apartment was on the main road from Heathrow to Hammersmith so was very busy and has double red lines so you could not park but on the upside Barons Court tube station is less than a minute around the corner.

The apartment was perfect, it was lovely and very clean, it had everything you needed. A telly in both bedrooms and even a welcoming bottle of wine in the fridge. Pauline, our host, was lovely and very helpful and there if needed. There was a small convenience store around the corner and plenty of cafes. Bigger shops were a 10-minute walk or one stop on the tube. The tube station was less than a minutes walk around the corner. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Incredibly clean. Lovely hosts. Great communications. Tremendously convenient location. Hope to be able to stay again. Only regret was that somehow, there wasn’t time to drink the wine. We visit London regularly on work and for leisure and this was the best place we have stayed in, over the last seven years, by some distance (and that includes AirBnBs and hotels).

If I had to not pick and it is not picking! The Living room area isn’t massive but this didn’t matter to us, tvs in bedrooms are huge if you’re a TV fan. Bed have huge headboards for sitting up on. We weren’t in the apartment much so had plenty of space it was amazing!

Cleanliness is top notch (spotless), apartment well decorated, homely, and kitchen is complete...everything you need is available! And host is warm and welcoming. We had white wine, a pleasant bonus from host. Location is perfect, just a minute's walk to Baron's court station (picadilly line). Just Ideal :)

Soundproofing is good, but sometimes you can here underground and cars outside.

Nice, cosy and fully equipped apartment, very close to the underground station. Located in the authentic London building.

That the apartment is very neat, close to the metro, tastful furnished with a perfect shower and wonderful beds has been repeated enough and we can only confirm. But what is so special about this stay is the warm hostess! We are avid and seasoned travelers and can safely say that this lady is one of the best hosts we have ever met. Just to summarize: we were given the opportunity to safely store our luggage earlier than planned, she took the time to meet us personally with respect for our privacy, she helped us out when it turned out that we had forgotten our special plug at home and she provided a tasteful, very clean and very quiet stay despite the busy road and despite the fact that she lives just above the apartment with her dogs. And to mention: she has a guest book, wonderful! This could be a regular base for us when we visit London again. Thanks again for this beautiful memory!

Because the apartment was so nice our kids loved staying and relaxing at the apartment rather than doing sightseeing outside. We felt at home too. The apartment was very clean, close to the station and came with 2 showers and 2 toilets which made us so easy and comfortable. Thank you to Pauline. We'd love to come back again.
