Location was perfect for the BIC. Instructions for getting into the property were step by step, including a quick route back out to where the car was parked (through the other block). Facilities were just what we wanted, and the hosts' replies to my qustions were quick. The apartment itself was clean, well equiped and spacious.

We have an SUV and found the parking very tight especially if the car in the next bay isn’t parked straight, this is no way a reflection on the property but needs to be mentioned in the review. But on the flip side, the parking area is completely secure and only accessible with the key fob provided.

Perfect location, absolutely immaculate throughout the apartment, bed was huge and very comfortable, the apartment had absolutely everything we needed for a weekend away especially the kitchen which had so many utensils.

This property exceeded expectations, the property itself was very clean, furnished beautifully, and had all the appliances you would need for a short break, the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, etc. The handy miniature bathroom supplies were a bonus and not usual for self-catering accommodation which was a lovely touch. Handy beach towels were supplied (although we didn't get time to use them!). The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment block was quiet and centrally located for shops and restaurants. The location was fantastic and the hosts were great throughout the booking and beyond, answering questions quickly and very helpful. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely be going back again! Thanks for a great weekend away.

The smell needed to be stronger. More air fresheners in the house and washing up liquid too

Not much can be done about the fact it Is up quite a steep hill, Bournemouth is just hilly! It was very hot, never quite managed to get the heating down to a more comfortable level.

Towels small and quite hard. Seemed wasteful to be required to empty a whole bin with one item in it from our stay and put the dishwasher on for only a few items as cleaning costs included.

- excellent well described detail on how to access the apartment - apartment smelt lovely as you enter and suberbly clean - bed very comfy - host very speedy to respond - not a fantastic outlook from windows, on ground floor so needed to draw blinds for privacy - but excellent blinds & didn't really matter to us as not in the apartment much in the day. -great location for the BIC

The shower head had a couple of jets which were a bit blocked and therefore the water wasn't coming out at the same angle as the others and kept going in my face.

Not the property’s fault, but step hill from the town/beach. But that’s the same for all accommodation up that road. Also don’t be naked in the bedroom with the curtains open or you’ll give the adjacent restaurant an eye full 😀

Perfect location to the beach, all of a 5 minute walk. The apartment was lovely, had everything you needed for short or long stay. Was round the corner from a local shop. Very handy to include parking as well.

This is probably a personal preference but we are used to a TV in the bedroom which was not available but I could not fault the flat or hosts for this. The only element I would like the hosts to consider is for a firmer set of pillows for the bed but again could be a personal preference.

Overall our stay was amazing from the instructions on how to pick up the keys, car parking and to a welcome pack available in the flat of the amenities. The flat itself was of an amazing standard from the decor and layout. The space was more than enough for a couple and the amenities were sufficient to self cater your trip. The hosts were really helpful and responded to queries very quickly. The location was central and very easy to walk to the beach and plentiful of restaurants and cafes in the main vicinity. We really enjoyed our stay and it was defo value for money. The location was very safe and very quiet which was surprising as we were really close to the town centre and beach.

A very well equipped apartment, extremely comfortable and clean. The rooms also stayed cool, which helps when it is so hot outside. It is very convenient for a 10 mins stroll to the beach and town centre.
