The apartment was beautiful and well kept. Lots of space inside and a great garden for kids to play in and adults to relax. Staff were amazing and helpful.

Sofa bed made the kitchen a little tight and had to be put out and away everyday.

A wonderful welcome by the owner, felt like staying with friends. Excellent facilities and a real home from home. The kitchen is well equipped and bed comfy and cosy. The beautiful garden is a delight, with games and trampolines for fun. They try really hard to make this accommodation everything you need for a brilliant holiday. Would return in a heartbeat.

I loved everything

We had one of the best holidays that we’ve ever had. This is due mainly to having such a lovely host, great location and perfect weather. Couldn’t have asked for more. Fantastic garden with two giant trampolines for children (and us) to play on. Just a 10 minute walk from beach. Easy to commute to from London. Lydia is a really sweet and special lady. Really helpful and kind and equally giving us space so not intruding on us at all. Will definitely be coming back again as we love visiting Bournemouth.

When booking leaving a deposit was a bit annoying especially as Grandeurs connection was not working properly. Had a bit of trouble working the television would be helpful if there was a manual.

Beautiful apartment with everything we needed for our 4 night stay with our two young children. Lovely quiet location with an easy walk into the town centre. Friendly and attentive host. Would definitely stay here again.

only small thing is the bed is really soft it became quite uncomfortable to sleep in.. got mild back ache every time we wake up..

its clean and cozy.. I like the garden, its so big,, my pup Kenji love it .. I love the bathroom as well, wifi is very good.. everything you need is in the apartment.. good location too.. Very classic and well maintained property..

I didn't like the emergency light that was kept on especially if you are sleeping on the sofa bed. The light is very bright.

The host and partner were very friendly and my puppy enjoyed having the host puppy to play with. Location was perfect. The decor was amazing and my pup loved the freedom of running around the large garden with his new friend.

I feel like if the property managed the facilities fully themselves it would make the experience more personal as unfortunately accommodate early check in or late check out requests I know this isn’t obligatory however it was for a birthday weekend and we gave a lot of a notice and offered to pay extra for these accommodations. Unfortunately we did wake up a little late as was my birthday the night before and checked out at 11am and received 4 missed calls from the agents when was trying to pack and leave the property as quick as possibly could

The host and facilities cannot be faulted, so friendly and accommodating, has everything you need for a perfect stay and it is absolutely beautiful, you would not regret your stay at all
