Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomMaster en-suite, loo too close to basin, but this is something that cannot be rectified. The units above wash basin cause head to knock on it when bending to splash face with water. Some issues with one of two locks on front door, was dealt with as best as they could and we found a way round it.
Convenient location and kerb appeal. High end finish and luxury apartment. Excellent quality of bedding, towels, appliances and complimentary wash products. Underground parking for longer stays. All members of Staff have good manners and are very helpful. The host communicates swiftly and communication/acknowledgment should always be important for any business. All niggles were sorted. We would look to stay again at any one of the 150 properties owned by the Host.

United KingdomUpon coming in, I was appalled to discover that the apartment is in an utterly unacceptable condition. The carpets are covered in scuffs, footprints, and shoe marks, indicating a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. Additionally, the entire place is filthy, with handprints covering various surfaces, making it evident that the apartment has not been adequately cleaned before my arrival. We have tried to contact you for 3 days sending numerous emails and we are still waiting on a reply.

United KingdomThe bins are in a state . As constantly full and first thing u see in property . You are booking a apartment inside the property so for the price It is overpriced for a two bed apartment. Beds are not large but doubles . So had to ask for an extra bed which will cost u per night and was found placed in living room ... . Not a great first impression . Found a broken glass vase on living room was told cleaner would remove but didn't see anyone come to property . Window was damaged. And cutlery to the dinnerware was limited and when I say limited there was 5 dinner plates 5 bowls and a dish washer .... no point of it otherwise would have to wait for an hour to get a clean plate. I wouldn't stay again for this reason . These small points need to be looked at as I have seen better for better prices. Deposit is high because I'm guessing its chigwell but rather book elsewhere next time.
The interior and finish is exceptional . The property from outside is beautiful and when you go into the apartments you are surprised.
