Great flat in a good location (easy to get to by underground and only a five minute walk from the station to the building). The apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable. Johnny is a fantastic host, always easy to contact and with good recommendations. We felt very comfortable.

This apartment had absolutely everything I needed. It's brand new and fully equipped. The kitchen, bathroom, smart TV with Netflix and Amazon, etc. The transportation is convenient, the residential area is safe and quiet. I stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed my stay. Johnny is a great guy and good to communicate with. If you want to have a great time in London, this is the place for you.

Loved the apartment. Host was really welcoming. Left us coffee, tea, milk, toiletries etc. Host allowed an early check in and late check out. Communication was excellent. In a fab position close to underground and overground trains.

Clean fresh and bright, complete with everything we needed. Host communication was great. Getting into the property was easy. Safe street away from the busy high street but easy enough to walk to the underground, Thames-link and overground trains. Nice shower and bath. Comfortable temperature, nice fire and TV’s. Would definitely stay again!

Immaculately clean and beautifully furnished/decorated. Lovely and warm, with good heating system controlled by thermostat. Warm comfortable beds, lovely soft billowy duvets. Tea, coffee, milk & towels provided. The host was very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. Loved it and would definitely stay there again.

What could have been better? Nothing, we did not miss a single thing (...maybe Changing of the Guard in front of the flat would bring it to another level :D)

Property was exactly as advertised. Location is great, a short walk from the underground station. Johnny met us in person, but there is also a lock box option as alternative. Fully equipped kitchen, flat is VERY clean and tidy. The thing we liked the most were the comfy beds which gave us much needed quality rest after the whole day of exploring the city (neighborhood is also quiet). Highly recommended, you just can't go wrong with this listing, standard is set high.

Everything was fantastic - I don’t often leave reviews but this definitely warranted one!

This apartment is absolutely fantastic. Visited in the school holidays with husband and two teenage kids. Recently refurbished, the rooms are spacious and the attention to detail is fantastic. Fully well equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, pods supplied and Johnny the owner even supplied milk. Toiletries are included, towels and beds fantastic. Location great in short walking distance of the train, tube and local restaurants and shops. Johnny was a fantastic host, responded to our questions promptly and was super supportive in organizing our parking permit. He even met us at the property. Would 100% stay here again, thank you Johnny for making our stay so perfect!

There was nothing at all that we did not like about this property ... all good with a great host.

Great location near lots of shops and restaurants. Short walk to underground, overground and Thames Link stations. Lovely property... very modern and fresh decor with lovely modern kitchen and three TV's with Netflix etc.

Couldn't fault it. Everything was fantastic.

Firstly, Johnny was a great host. He was very accommodating and understanding with certain changes we needed to make after initially booking the apartment. He was super informative and stayed in contact to ensure we knew all the ins and outs with the booking and accessing the property etc. Secondly, the apartment was stunning. Everything was high end. The living area was much more spacious than I first thought with a party of 6. The bedrooms were cosy and comfortable, and the bathrooms were all super clean and modern. The area is really nice. The main street in West Hampstead is only 5 mins walk round the corner with plenty of nice places to eat and drink. The connections were great with 3 stations all in close proximity, so getting around was super easy. The stay was very enjoyable and I'd have no reservations about booking again with Johnny when we're back down in London!

That I didn't realize there were so many stairs. It was my fault for not clarifying before hand. But the exercise was good for us. It could use a hand rail on the bottom set of stairs.

Johnny, the host, came at 3pm as he said he would. We had arrived a little early so we accessed the apartment with the keys in the lock box. I hadn't read the description of the number of stairs to the apartment, do I was a little dismayed, since we are all 70-80. So when he came carried our bags up and came to carry them down again when we left at 6am in the morning! The apartment was immaculate. Very modern with wonderful finishes and appliances. It was very close to rapid transit, bus, underground, rail and over ground rail. Grocery shops were close and there is a lovely farmers market two blocks away on Saturday morning.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this modern flat in West Hampstead. Everything about it was perfect, earning it a perfect score in my book. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the location was ideal for exploring London. The host's communication was excellent and made our weekend getaway even more enjoyable. I couldn't find a single negative point to mention, and the refurbished flat was simply great. Highly recommended!
