Storage and hanging space for clothes is limited. As stated above, whilst the location is excellent for a reasonably able bodied person, the walk up the hill does require a degree of fitness.

If I had to be picky I would say would be good to leave one of the kitchen cupboards available for customers to use, they were all full with kitchen equipment, variety of glasses, mugs etc. There is very little storage but for a few days is fine. The property is at the top of a hill, which can feel a bit daunting at the end of a long day/night.

The property is beautiful, with quality fixtures and fittings. Comfy bed, very clean apartment. Views are lovely. Perfect size for a solo or couples trip. Everything is high quality including mattress, bedding, electric blinds, cuddle chair, kitchen equipment etc. And perfect to have a parking space.

Fantastic stay at this gem of a place, welcome hamper was excellent, apartment was immaculate, warm and perfectly furnished. Superb views from living room and bedroom, 15 mins walk to the centre, walk back was 20 mins all up hill, helped burn the food and drinks off

Rather a steep hill up to the property when walking back from the city - we were fine with it but some may struggle. Many cushions on the bed!

The apartment was extremely well equipped including lovely soft towels & bath robes. Had it been warmer weather we could also have enjoyed using the picnic hamper & blanket. All very safe on an exclusive complex. Free parking was an added bonus (although a van was parked in our space when we arrived)

We are a couple on a five week trip with a suitcase each and there just wasn’t enough space to store these or unpack comfortably. Shorter stays with one suitcase should be fine.

The apartment is modern and appointed with high quality fixtures and appliances. The bed was very comfortable and the view was amazing. We loved the bathroom, especially the bath. The welcome pack was also much appreciated.

The apartment was so quiet and the view overlooking Bath by day and night was spectacular. We saw some hot air balloons going up up and away in the evenings . But Bath by night was beautiful.

The location was a bit far from bath city center- it is up hill. We knew that when we go down to city center, about 15 minutes walking downhill, we need to take everything since going back up would be not just a waste of time, but also so exhausting. In some cases we decided just to take the bus back up, since we got back to the place after a long day of walking around.

The host contacted me and sent me very specified explanations about how to get the keys, and they helped me a lot to find the keys, in fact that was as easy as if the keys were on the door. In addition, the place was very equipped, more than we expected.

Lack of space to hang clothes.

The quality of the apartment is superb. The hostess has gone above and beyond providing little luxury items. Everything from the glassware to the toiletries is top quality. The views over Bath and beyond are spectacular. The location is ideal, being a short walk onto the centre, and tourist locations such as Royal Crescent and Circus.

There was not much in the way of clothes storage in the bedroom and the rail for hanging clothes was rather high to comfortably reach.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, and everything you could think of was provided. The hamper of goodies was a lovely touch.

A minor frustration that delayed our departure was locating the bin storage area, then the code supplied didn’t work, it was raining and so on.

Wow, what an apartment! Absolutely superb location, the views are incredible. Sam has clearly put a lot of thought, time and passion into creating a very luxurious holiday apartment. There’s everything that you would need and much more. Highly recommend this apartment, nothing to fault. Wonderful location on a very nice private estate which is absolutely immaculate. We’ve had a wonderful 4 days here and hope to return very soon!

No draws or wardrobe for clothes. Very little hanging space.

Very clean and comfortable, well presented with everything we needed for our stay. With a fully equipped modern kitchen and bathroom. The little extra touches such as a welcome hamper, bath robes even an umbrella (fortunately wasn't needed) a cooling fan that was used, made our stay that little bit more welcoming. Fabulous views over the city, just a short walk (15mins) down hill into city centre.

The location for us was very good. The property had superb views over Bath and was about a 15 minute walk to the centre. The property was immaculate and very well equipped so we had everything we could possibly need, and more, to make our stay enjoyable.
