Nothing too concerning- Blinds in living room could do with an upgrade / possibly to black out especially with the the room being used to sleep in when sofa bed in use.

Nice clean apartment in a good location of Sheffield. Ideal for groups of friends / families especially with the option for a pull out sofa bed. Some nice additions for guests such as tea / coffee and toiletries.

This really was a great apartment. Just a couple of little improvements that could be made. The blinds didn't keep out as much light as we would have liked due to the gaps between each blind. In particular, the window coverage in the living area where I slept on the sofa bed could be better. I used a sleep mask but was still disturbed by the street lamps. The sofa bed was in good condition, but maybe a mattress topper would just add that extra layer of comfort.

Great apartment in a central area. Just 10 min walk to the main shopping street. Hosts communication was very good. It was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities that we could have needed. Bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage. Good size bathroom & living area too. We enjoyed our stay here and found it a much better option than a hotel room.

Would have preferred comfortable seating for 4 adults, Sofa only sat two people and one easy chair. we were a group of 5. Others had to sit on a dinning room chair. Also sofa bed was very uncomfortable, really does need replacing.

Soundproofing isn't great. Parking isn't included and public parking is expensive. Only one dishwasher tablet provided. EDIT to defend myself from the review response - which implies I was making things up - the rating of '7.5' for staff wasn't chosen by me but came from selecting a smiley face (instead of an ecstatic face or disappointed face) for 'staff', a mandatory part of a booking.com review. It's true I didn't meet any staff in person. I could have added that the PIN entry pad described in the arrival instructions was broken when we arrived and the corridor outside the flat was pitch black with no functioning lights.

The apartment was great. Easy to access, well located within the city, perfectly clean, a good size and nicely furnished. The communication with the host was great throughout and they were very understanding when we had an issue. I would stay there again next time I’m in Sheffield and would recommend to friends and family.

Nothing, it was perfect for our stay.

This is a beautiful, well equipped, spacious and immaculately clean apartment in a perfect location just around the corner from the city centre shops, Cathedral and bus and tram stops. The hosts sent a detailed 'welcome pack' message telling us everything we needed to know and also to let us know we could contact them if we needed to, which we didn't as everything was spot on. The beds are super comfortable and the shower is great, in fact everything was great! Gold star for the cleaner and the hosts. Highly recommend.

The trash bins location could have been informed in more detail and one information note how locate them to elevator wouldn't hurt no one. The television broadcast wasn't too good, the picture and sound distorted quite much, as it made watching it quite impossible.

Location was on spot, as we went to see the snooker games and it was only 5-10 minutes walk away from the Crucible Theathre. The owner of the accommodation was very flexible and helpful (rapid replies), as we had some custom demands concerning the check in and out. To be noted, there was a couple of reasonable prized breakfast places just round the corner and one even in front of the place. The accommodation was peaceful, at least couldn't observe any disturbances (on street level room). In addition, the Wifi was fast and good authentic pub (Three Tuns) around the corner.

The disabled access in and out of the building (not apartment) was terrible. When we eventually found it, the back way could only be accessed if someone opened the door from the inside and the outside space was dark and uneven. Nobody knew where to find the disabled access either.

I wasn’t overly keen on the heating system BUT the main thing is the flat was always warm once I got the settings honed in. And that’s what really mattered.

The property is very clean and has all the facilities you could need.

Really comfortable apartment for a family, there was a highchair and 2 big beds in spacious bedrooms. Big sofa and TV with Netflix. Although it was in the city centre it was not noisy at all!

The apartment was perfect for our family staying in Sheffield for the weekend. It had ample space, well kitted out, and the owners were great at providing clear instructions for how to get into the building. I had even asked for a slightly later check in and this was no issue. Kids loved the stay.

Didn't like having to leave!

The location was perfect! The flat was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. Was really impressed with the little extras such as ear plus, cotton buds etc in the bathroom and cooking bits (oil, seasoning etc) in the kitchen. Bedrooms were lovely and spaceous and everything was very clean. Access to the building on arrival was simple and the owners were great at keeping in touch- even messaged to check we'd checked in ok. The beds WERE SO COMFORTABLE! Had a splendid weekend catching up with friends, we didn't want to leave and if we have another meet up in Sheffield we shall definitely stay here again!

There was nothing we didn’t actually like about it. The sofa probably wouldn’t be all that comfortable for long periods of time for some people but that’s being really picky as it wasn’t an issue for us. There wasn’t a can opener but we picked one up and left it there. We met the lovely cleaning lady when we arrived, she informed us that there wasn’t much toilet paper but some would be brought over later. However, we were out so we just picked a roll up the next day, again no issue for us.

The property is a great size for 4 adults, bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage space, an all together comfortable apartment. The bathroom had an abundance of towels and surprisingly there were toiletries provided and even ear plugs! I can only presume the ear plugs were for people who thought it would be noisy at night. However, we were not interrupted by any noise at all and I am a very light sleeper. There were an abundance of cleaning materials and extra supplies in the huge utility storage cupboard on the landing. The whole apartment was scrupulously clean, even in the nooks and crannies. We were attending a 3 day/night festival in the city & I used a local taxi firm which only cost just over a fiver each way for 4 of us., A1 was the company & I downloaded their app which made it so much easier to get around.
