Apartment was great, only thing I would say ( I am being nitpicky!) is it would have been nice to have an additional sofa for all 4 of us to have a cosy sit down and not squabble! Wooden arm chairs were comfortable just not quite as comfy as the sofa!

Privacy is a concern here; the large window in the kitchen and living room lacks curtains. Passersby from nearby offices and residences can easily see inside, making it uncomfortable to use the living room and kitchen. Additionally, the property tends to be quite cold in winter, impacting overall comfort.

Although there were instructions for the heating, we struggled to get the living room heating to work. I think this might just be down to a prior guest setting weird timers as it had come on randomly, but not when we wanted it and we couldn't reset it. The handheld showerhead was good, but the top shower head wasn't very powerful. Some of the cleaning instructions at check out could be scaled back as it's not really covid restricted times.

The apartment was so central. You are practically in a 10 min walk radius of everything. It was really clean, modern and had nice touches of coffee, extra towels, blankets and all cooking utensils. The beds were really comfortable. The hosts were informative in the lead up to our stay, which allowed ease of check in. Their suggested car parking in Charlotte Street was great.

Easy check in and central location. The apartment was nicely decorated and the rooms were comfortable.

Towels provided felt like course sand paper. I do not think exhaust fan works in bathroom. Doors to bedrooms bind at bottom corner causing a loud screeching noise when opening and closing door. Suggest adding instructions for washer / dryer and dishwasher to you booklet provided.

Location was excellent, right In the centre of bath, was easy to find and parking was close enough not to have to worry about the car. The place was very clean, and spacious and definitely preferred it over a hotel! Host was also excellent and very responsive.

Beautiful apartment in a great location in the centre of Bath. Close to restaurants, bars and the Bath Thermal Spa. Also good parking at Charlotte Street car park for the duration of our stay.

The beds were not that comfortable. There is quite a bit of noise from the seagulls: this was ok for us, but does make sleeping with the window open somewhat difficult.

The location couldn't be better. You can walk to everything within minutes. The property was very clean, bright, spacious and well appointed. Very thoughtfully and beautifully decorated. Really felt like a home away from home. Instructions to get inside, turn on heat, where to park, etc were extremely well detailed and we had no issues. I would highly recommend this property.
