We loved that there was a self catering area where we could cook your delicious eggs from your chickens! The coffee machine is a good touch also. The hosts were lovely, the Annexe was clean and spacious and it was in a really good location. P.s. thank you for the chocolates!

For someone over 6ft the shower is quite tight, not a major prob as the bath was comfortable.

My only small issue was the shower and possibly the dining table. For my other half it was fine but I am a bit taller than her and getting into the shower/having a shower without hitting my head was at times a little awkward, but nothing to really complain about. Just a warning to those even taller than me (6 foot)

As expected the Annexe was self catered which we wanted and the kitchen was well equipped. The layout was lovely and furnished nicely. The location and the views were spectacular we had breakfast at the top of the stairs every morning to enjoy the sights and sounds of the country. We also got to have cuddles with there very friendly dog - Coco

Wonderful warm welcome from Chris and Ali The Annexe is beautifully fitted with everything you could possibly need. It was great to look out onto fields and we really enjoyed seeing the chickens...and Coco the dog is gorgeous. The location is very picturesque and peaceful and we'll definitely be back. Loved it!

In the bathroom had a sloping roof it was a little difficult to shower without bumping your head.

The bed was a little too firm for us. We couldn't get the coffee machine to work, but not a problem for us.

Everything was of a good standard. It was nice to be able to have a soak in a bath instead of a shower. The room was immaculately clean and was equipped with everything you needed. In a beautiful location, around 6 miles outside of Bath.

Didn’t bother us but points to note: Tall people may hit head on sloping ceilings, especially in bath/shower. Stairs to studio may be difficult for some. Lots of drawer space but no designated hanging space for clothes or towels except hooks on bathroom door.

Lovely family own it Comfortable & clean Everything we needed. The electric fan welcome in the unusual heat. Velux windows gave good ventilation & the loft was not as unpleasantly hot as feared. Outside facilities worked well. Beautifully designed so that it felt very spacious. So glad to have a bath as well as a good shower.

Me and my boyfriend loved absolutely everything about this stay. Chris & Ali were so lovely, warm and welcoming. We were amazed at how lovely the Annexe was, it had everything you could possibly need and there were so many lovely homely touches to it. Amazingly clean too! The location was absolutely idyllic, peaceful and relaxing. I cannot fault this location. The lovely scenic 15-20 min drive into the town centre was perfect too! Overall we loved the Annexe and will definitely be back again. Amazing price for such a lovely area, hosts and quality accommodation. Thank you again guys!
