Thank you for such a pleasant stay Beverly. You really have thought of everything from make up removing cloths to gluten free toast in the mornings. It's so nice to stay where the host clearly cares about guest experience. The place was immaculate and very homely. I will certainly be back :-)

The coach house was perfect for our work trip - great location for us. The facilities in Melbourne are great and the coach house is well situation for restaurants and shops. Beverley was a very welcoming and informative host

A lovely welcome from the host. There was off road parking provided. The room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and plenty of it!

Steep stairs to upstairs rooms could be a problem for some people, but there are some ground floor rooms which can no doubt be booked on request. Parking is a little tricky but well organised by Beverley!

Very welcoming guest house, good breakfast, comfortable room with a very good shower, and good beds. Places to eat are within walking distance.

Not related to host, but nowhere to get anything to eat on a Sunday evening in the village. It’s a charming village but All restaurants closed by evening and pubs stop food in afternoon. Local takeaway only accepts cash. That’s the only downside.

The owner, Beverley, is very friendly and welcoming and always happy to help (and she makes a good breakfast too!). The room was very pleasant and clean and the bed was super comfortable. Lots of nice little touches in the room too. There’s a Sainsbury’s literally 30 seconds up the road one way and a two minute walk to eateries the other way. The drive to Donington race circuit was easy and took all of 5 minutes, and the airport is a few minutes beyond that.

The only thing that I could criticise in the house would be the rather small bathroom , but even so it was adequate for our two night stay. As there was only space for 2 cars we parked on the overcrowded high street which was not easy.

Breakfast was a lot better than many I've had at smarter/more expensive hotels. There was a wide range of fruits/yoghurts/cereals /drinks- all set out for a very easy self service. The cooked options were fresh & well cooked, quickly served & with top ups as required of coffee/toast etc. Could'nt fault it. It was all the small touches that made this such a good stay - the extra big bath towels, a make-up mirror, tea tray with chocolate biscuits & shortbread ( & decent coffee),a lounge with magazines, tissues & cotton wool buds - all make such a difference. The landlady Beverley was very friendly & helpful.

The room needed decorating to add some warmth, it was quite old fashioned. The toilet was too low for an older person. I would have preferred a bedside lamp.

The breakfast was great! The lighting in the bathroom was excellent.
