As a solo traveller I would have liked at least one small pan/ frying pan. Not a fan of plug in diffusers.

Spacious, modern, clean and fresh apartment. Excellent value for money Central location - 20 mins walk to city centre and 30 to coach or train station, less than 10 Minute walk from the university tram stop. The supplied biscuits in the room were very welcome when feeling a little peckish after returning late from a concert at the arena. Good communication from owner and accommodating.

Spotlessly clean. Well appointed with everything you needed plus a few extras such as milk, chocolates and wine! Lovely themed touches for Easter such cute Easter bunny ornaments and eggs.

The property had everything we needed, there was fresh milk and coffee pods/ tea bags, it was a 10minute walk from the concert venue we went to and had off street parking! The host responded quickly to any messages and was helpful.

I had an early appointment at the Royal Hallamshire and the Cosy Corner was ideally situated. It was walking distance to the city centre and close to the Botanical Gardens. The apartment had every facility I needed and the host was very friendly and communicative. I will definitely look to stay here again.

There was nothing to dislike!

Everything had been thought of, it was cosy as well as very comfortable and well equipped. There were even some coffee pods and tea bags as well as milk waiting for us. The place was spotless too.

Bathroom/toilet with shower adequate but a bit cramped for a large person.

Very large comfortable room with well-equipped kitchen alcove, TV, WiFi. Quiet area within easy walking distance of city centre. Free off-road car parking a great bonus in this area. Very good value.

Only slight negative is that groups of people walking past at night time sounded very close and loud despite no windows being open, the property is on a corner and room on the ground floor, however these groups generally did not take long to pass. It would not put me off booking again.

Great studio apartment which is well equipped and maintained, great location for access to the collegiate campus. Looks just like the photos and smells clean as soon as you open the door. Well equipped kitchen area. Comfortable bed. Large shower. Free parking (the gate can be a bit tight if at the wrong angle but mastered the second time). All in all a great place to stay

This place is very nice so these are only minor points. We could hear noise from the upstairs flat occasionally, although this is no fault of the owner. The toilet might be a bit cramped if you have long legs :)

The flat was very clean, well presented, very comfortable and spacious for a studio. It has obviously been renovated recently and a lot of appliances are new. We found the bed and sofa very comfortable. The flat is fantastic value for money and the generosity of the owner meant we were left a small bottle of wine, biscuits, chocolates, tea, coffee, milk...really appreciated! They'd even left 2 pairs of slippers. On street parking was easy to find nearby and the location was perfect for walking into the city centre. Would definitely stay again.

Really can’t fault the accommodation. Nicely furnished and clean with a nice little welcome pack of drinks, chocolate and crisps with tea and coffee facilities. Just a heads up, there is a glass coffee table on a rug next to the sofa… the rug slips on the wooden floor and probably needs anti slip mats to prevent the possibility of an accident.

I travelled to see a concert at The Foundry which was located only a 10 minute walk from the accommodation. Ideal for me but can’t say how centrally placed the accommodation is for the city centre.

We were unsure at first where we were going as we were at the car park at the back - i rang the owner who was super helpful and directed us to where we needed to be . The apartment was stunning and the owner had left us some bottled water and pop- It contained all facilities we needed - The place was exceptional will definitely be back
