Waiting for a table at breakfast for 10 + minutes then learnt we could have reserved a table as we were on a tight schedule.

Bathroom was very dated and there were dirty areas around the taps and bath handles. Curtains and shower curtain were stained as were tiles. Really looked v ery unloved.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. The Public spaces were very pleasant. Liked little touches like fruit water at reception and list of additional items you could rfequest. Room was large and bed was very comfortable.

The room was a good size but the decor was a little tired and the fridge didn't work. Could do with updating soon!

Breakfast was excellent but a little crowded. A very good selection of food.

The clanking of bottles outside woke us up in the morning and also kept us awake at night. Although the hotel was clean, it could do with a bit of an update, furniture, bathroom fittings seemed old and slightly faulty. Also they need slow closers on the doors as the banging of the room doors was very loud and unacceptable.

Location is amazing. Staff are amazing especially Hossien and Paul. Very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was amazing, a very good selection. We received some lovely complimentary items which were a really lovely surprise.

Breakfast was good but we felt it was not quite the same high standard as breakfast at other Leonardo group hotels we have stayed at.

Staff were excellent and very welcoming. Wife 50th birthday staff upgraded our room and decorated it.

We were offered on check in breakfast for 25 each, we were told booking in morning would be 32 each. A couple of hours later before our show, we decided to book breakfast. Only to be told it too late and would need to book in the morning for higher price! We found this system ridiculous! We found nice breakfast place very near at half the price to be honest. In our room, tiles on floor cracked, and sink cracked..

Perfect location. Nice bars, for pre show drinks. Comfy bed, pillows.

Our room (309) was right next to the staff room (we assumed) so we could literally hear all of their conversations and what they where up to. The Bathrooms can maybe get an upgrade!

Amazing Hotel. It is in probably the best location - close to Piccadilly Square, Regent Street and all major bus and train routes/stations... Breakfast was impeccable, and the staff very helpful. Will definitely stay in the Dilly again.

Room location, opposite a lift, had an adjoining room and could hear people in neighbouring room,(didn’t ask to change as only staying one night) Also our superior room needed a revamp in its decor in places.

Location of hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast, lots of choice.

Nights were quite cool, so switching off radiators by such a luxurious hotel was a nuisance. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, which I gave notice of, yet the receptionist left us to our own devices. Luckily, the friendly concierge offered us access to the VIP lounge. As for vegetarians, the selection of fresh vegetables and bread spreads for breakfast is very poor.

The location close to the tube station is a huge advantage. The room was absolutely soundproof. My daughter enjoyed a quiet sleep in the heart of the city. The personalised welcome gifts and card were a sheer delight. They gave a homely touch to our stay. The afternoon tea is a must. I do recommend the lovely pastries and delicious sandwiches.

The phone in my room wasn't working and I couldn't contact room service, the housekeeping or reception.

I was very happy to receive an upgrade upon my arrival. The room I stayed in was huge, very bright, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, in a very beautiful and pleasant lounge. The location is ideal, close to all theaters, shopping centers, museums, etc.

Concierge not interested with a request which I asked for. Wanted an ice bucket for the complimentary Prosecco in room for Saturday evening and true to form this request was not implemented. When asked concierge earlier that day he said of course I’ll arrange that for you. I asked did he not want my room number to arrange and then he caught on and took it. Reminded him on way out on Saturday night this was not done and he was disinterested. Gave bottle back at checkout as I could not carry on flight home.

Good central location with a fabulous breakfast room and great selection.

The rooms are dated and shabby. Window frames were filthy and peeling. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance.

The location is great and the public areas comfortable and stylish . We were given a complimentary room upgrade which was nice.

Lovely building, the room was decorated beautifully and the staff were really friendly. We loved the breakfast too!
