Older caravan so ceiling was low which meant my 6ft 3" partner kept banging his head in places. Front door was hard to close and needs repair. We used the back door mostly. Could do with more suitable steps to the front door.

Cosy caravan good facilities tho looking a bit tired. Bed was lovely as was the starter pack in the fridge... most welcome! Beautiful location and nice and quiet apart from the dogs barking whenever anyone pulled up on the drive at the farmhouse.

No WiFi but when we booked, we knew about this and still went ahead to book. Best time to spend family time without gadgets.

The landlady Jude was very considerate and provided everything to get you going for the evening. We arrived a little later after check in time. The beds are very comfortable. There’s everything you need, kettle, toaster, microwave, cooker. Oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Spare toilet and shower next door.

    Nothing!!!

The caravan was very clean and comfortable. Lovely bedding and towels. It was great having proper beds and sofas, which so many caravans lack. As described the electricity was on a meter but it only cost us a couple of pounds for four nights. The host was lovely and friendly, providing farm eggs, milk, butter and bread on arrival. We all fell in love with the donkeys and Sam the pig. We recommend Tarr steps for a walk, Wimbleball lake for paddle boarding and Rachel's in South Molton for afternoon tea!

    Nothing, it was lovely

Location was central to being able to explore a lot of places and it was also lovely being on the farm. Peaceful and quiet and Jude has thought of everything to make your stay lovely.

The only issue we had, which was no ones fault was my youngest son, 15 years old, was a little too tall for the bed, however we put his mattress in the living room and he had a good sleep there where he was able to stretch out a bit.

Lovely location. Lots of things to do in the area for all ages. The host was friendly, attentive and on hand to deal with any issue that comes up. The caravan also has an extension, which came in handy for putting muddy shoes and coats and for doing any washing that needed.

The caravan and location were just as described and we enjoyed seeing the sheep donkeys.horses and hens running free. We were very happy to see that there was an area for us to use the freezer washing machine and Tumble dryer and even a dish washer.

    1. The electricity is quite expensive to use so if your using a lot of appliances expect to pay a fair bit of electricity. 2. The caravan is freezing cold you if you can't hack the cold then you will be spending a lot of money heating the place up with the electric heater provided. However you do get a gas fire in the seating area which is lovely but it doesn't heat up the bedrooms. 3. No WiFi and the Reception isn't great. So definitely could do with WiFi

    1. Judy the host is lovely she provided us with eggs, bread and a few other bits. Thank you a lovely gesture. 2. Staying in the middle of a farm is a great experience we all loved it. 3. The caravan has everything you need to get on with your days with ease. 4 you can even have a camp fire which is a lot of fun especially when it feels like an achievement once you have the fire started. 5. There is plenty to see, views are stunning, beaches are beautiful and clean.

Furniture was a little ‘faded’ (but that’s a very minor criticism.)

Beautiful location. Host Judith was very welcoming, charming and helpful at all times. Provided lots of little extras.

Its not a criticism, more of an observation. The van was a little small for a family of 4 with some very tall family members

Loved everything. Location was great, really friendly farm pets. Hosts were amazing, could'nt do enough to help. They always made sure we had enough of everything we needed. Lovely surprise when we got there as she had left us bread, milk and butter and some farm eggs and also started us off with a little bit of electric to keep us going till the next day. Would highly recommend

The location of the property is fantastic. Surrounded by the owners farm animals, lovely and private! Judy is a wonderful host, super friendly, always happy to help. The caravan is well worth the price and we as a family had a wonderful stay again. Our yearly visits are always looked forward too.

Peaceful and secluded rural location, excellent for exploring the surrounding area which offers plenty of varied walks. Caravan very well equipped, and Judy was most helpful, providing a welcome hamper of bread, eggs & milk, plus maps, guides and local knowledge.

We absolutely loved staying on a working farm. Our host managed to keep everything so clean, run and maintain the farm, the guesthouse and the campsite and facilities, yet still had time to chat and offer suggestions. Cannot recommend highly enough! Our 7 and 9 year old boys enjoyed waking up in the morning and seeing the pet pig and ponies and the chickens. We stayed near the end of spring and could hear the lambs bleating. Coming from London it was a welcome change. Make sure to ask to purchase some fresh free range eggs if you stay. Great quiet location but close enough to see the coastal areas.
