Loved it but if I had to say one thing then the Single glazed windows because of the historic building can’t be helped but was a little noisy outside

Right in the heart of all Bath attractions, one street down from Bath Abbey located in a lovely courtyard with coffee shop next door. So many shops and restaurants close by. Two very comfortable bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and the living/dining room was very nicely set up for 4 people. We were able to communicate easily with the hosts regarding our booking and they were very supportive when we needed help on our last day.

A bit noisy as it’s in the heart of the city. Only one toilet to share for 4 people. Toilets are also different floor with bedrooms. There are some steps so it might not be convenient for elderly.

As the apartment is in the middle of the city, it could be quite noisy at night with people walking past.

The location was perfect. It couldn’t have been nearer the Baths etc. Yet, the small market square was on felt intimate and private.

Nothing - it was hot but there were very good fans in the bedrooms.

The location was brilliant - really central. There were so many lovely extras like scones, chocolates on pillows, porridge. The whole place was so well equipped, it contained everything needed. The kids enjoyed the X box. Everything was super clean and nicely furnished, reclining sofa was fab. This felt like a home rather than a holiday let, Car parking space was brilliant. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

A little noisy, but that’s mostly due to location and we knew this before we went.

Fantastic location for Roman Baths and all tourist places and restaurants, and beautifully furnished and equipped. Our hosts were also wonderful - solved a problem we had, couldn’t do enough to help. Oh and really liked car parking, which was included in charge.

The seagulls in the back were loud all night long. The courtyard in the front was often noisy with partygoers even late into the night. The hosts were thoughtful to provide earplugs for guests. Only one small bathroom which was on a different floor than the bedrooms was not ideal but manageable.

Location was perfect. Hosts were responsive and thorough with communications. The apartment was well-appointed and organized with lots of amenities.

Only 1 bathroom for 2 couples, but that's a minor quibble.

Very friendly and helpful hosts who gave us detailed instructions on how to get to the property. We arrived earlier than planned and had to wait for the downstairs shop to open at 11am in order to collect the keys. The hosts were gracious enough to let us in early so we could set down our bags and explore Bath. They even allowed a later checkout. Great central location, 1 minutes walk from Bath Abbey, and less than that to the Huntsman Hotel which is highly recommended when the football is not on.

Very central location, the Christmas markets were literally on our doorstep. A real home from home apartment, with everything you needed. Very festive, we even had carol singers outside our apartment, and snow on the last day!

The apartment is beautifully presented and kind attention to detail such as providing a carton of milk in the fridge, croissants and jams for breakfast were really welcome additions and made us feel so welcome. The location of the apartment it amazing, it is central to bath and so we were able to walk to the Roman baths and around the Christmas markets freely. we loaded up with shopping bags from the market and then could easily drop our bags off when they became too much and head out again. Bill and Jeanell were wonderful hosts. They were extremely helpful and covered parking costs for my group as we were unable to find a space in the car park that was provided with the booking. Nothing was too much trouble and they were easily contactable via message on booking.com or by popping across the square to their other business. The atmosphere of the Christmas market itself was magical, we had Christmas carols being sung by choirs outside the apartment and we could look out onto the the twinkly lights from the living area window. We are a group of 4 friends and all of us would recommend staying here. we hope to return again in the near future!
