This is not a diss but more of a suggestion. It would be really helpful to guests to put labels/reminders around the flat like what electric switches cannot be turned off, how to use the washer/dryer, etc.

It’s just the right size for our needs & right in the heart of Bath. It’s 10 minutes from Bath Spa train station & as soon as you walk out of the flat, you have all of Bath’s best right at your fingertips. The flat is cosy & immaculate. The property manager have been a tremendous help. The flat has a binder for guests to peruse that included tours & helpful phone numbers. Another plus is that it has a bin for recyclables, I really appreciated that.

My only criticism would be that the pillows were rather flat and either need replacing or perhaps a second set would be useful.

This little flat is perfectly situated within a short walk of the railway station, Roman Baths and Abbey, and many shops and restaurants. It was very clean with all the basics in the kitchen. I was especially grateful for the washer/dryer after many weeks away. Access was easy with a lock safe and timely communication from Helen, the manager. I would be very happy to stay here again if I’m lucky enough to go back to Bath.

The Hastings apartment was exactly what we expected - a great location and a lovely place to serve as our base for exploring Bath.

The place was too small for three of us; my wife, my 20 year old daughter and me. No space to open suitcases. Too little room to unpack or store anything. Not enough space to turn around. And the beds were uncomfortable for both me and my daughter. She slept on a fold out couch. My wife thought the bed in the bedroom was ok. I woke up with a backache every day from the bed’s lack of firmness.

Very clean. Newly remodeled space with all new furniture and appliances. Nice little things like cookies, sugar, coffee and tea selection. A complimentary bottle of wine. Good location. We were able to walk from the train station with a bunch of luggage in about 5 minutes. It was only a few minute walk to the Roman Baths and the center of town. Responsive host who quickly answered texts and came to unlock a door to the washer that had been locked by mistake. That said, I detest this new vogue of not having live people at a reception desk to give keys and to answer small questions. This host was better than others we’ve had, but the practice of not greeting guests just needs to stop!

The bathroom is very compact but perfectly functional

Extremely central, modern, clean and tidy apartment. plenty of space for a couple and there is a pull out bed if you had children. We loved the festive touches of a small tree and some decorations in the apartment.

Very comfortable and convenient. The kitchen is well-equipped and M&S foodhall is nearby so it’s ideal for self-catering. I’d be very happy to stay there again

For a 7 night stay, one tea towel, one kitchen bin liner was not enough. We ran out of toilet paper too which was irritating, we could have done with a freshen up after day 3 or 4.

Location is perfect, super convenient. Extremely safe building. Tastefully appointed, well equipped. Would definitely recommend and return.

Great location. Close to train station, near to restaurants and supermarkets. Easy to find. Property has lift which is very helpful coz our luggages were heavy. Place is very clean. Exactly the same as the photo shown. All kitchenwares are provided, even with some basic seasonings which we could do some cooking. We even got Netflix.

These are minor things... Shower control is really hard to turn off but I'm sure that can be easily fixed. No wardrobe in the main bedroom but there are hooks for hanging clothes and there is a cupboard off the living room. (Travel light!) Would recommend providing a stand or shelf for placing a suitcase on. No cupboard space for storing groceries/snacks but there is a fridge.

Excellent Location, central to everything you need; bars, restaurants, shops, Thermae Spa, roman baths etc. Beautifully decorated. Spotlessly clean. Lots of kitchen utensils and crockery should you want to cook or prepare your own breakfast. Fantastic rain shower and hand held shower - clever design and toiletries provided. The host greeted us with a bottle of wine which was very thoughtful. Communications and directions were excellent. The building has a lift which is handy for accessibility or bringing in luggage. The property can sleep 4 persons but it's a bit tight if staying longer than a couple of nights. Ideal for a weekend stay.

The only little gripe, we did miss a microwave for a quick snack but we managed with the state of the art oven.

Everything immaculate, the most complete and clean house I've ever been. the owner is very kind, and she was extremely kind when I noticed that she had left my MacBook in the apartment. I picked it up the other day. Definitely recommend.

Superb centrally located flat in a nice modern building, close to anything anyone could want: coffeeshops, restaurants, museums, shopping, etc. We loved the guest handbook with recommendations of local places. The flat was super clean, very pretty and every detail thought through, including little things: ground coffee and French press for it, hand cream in the bathroom, ice in the freezer, second set of keys, all sorts of glassware, a hair dryer, Netflix and of course the cookie jar! The kitchen is also stacked with appliances so perfect for homecooking too. Two fans came in very handy due to hot weather. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Manager Helen was also accomodating of our request for an extra hour at checkout which we appreciated. All is all perfect getaway location!
