Television wasn’t great - pixalated. My room on bill said Room 5 I actually had Room 4. Not a very big room for £144 per night. The room was hardly touched after first night bed wasn’t made properly, Cups & glasses not replaced. Just Basic toiletries were supplied.

Lovely olde worlde property in a rural spot. Breakfast was fabulous and staff were all very nice & pleasant.

It was in the right location for us , room was clean & tidy , though parts of the hotel were tired. Some lights not working in the room as well.

On arriving on a damp & cold day.. we found that there was no heating on.. room felt very cold and damp.. took several hours to warm up..

Just a little too far out for walking to Bourton on water.

Went as couple for relaxing break, less stress. So quiet and beautiful!! Visited bird park and car museum, loved them both!!!

No staff available when checking out? Rang the bell and waited. One slight problem in our room, kept hitting our leg on the corner of the bed, as not much room for manoeuvre. And it being a wooden bed frame, a bit of a nuisance. Apart from that … a lovely room.

Surly owner, which was a shame as the staff were very lovely. We had a large room with ample facilities and a clean bathroom but unfortunately the carpet left a strong smell, which we assumed was due to dogs having stayed in there

Confusion on our first evening about the available menu led to us going out to find food which was a bit of a disappointment.

Not keen on the stables room, pretty small and quite noisy with the bins outside. Also, the door lock didn't work very well.

Just be mindful of the low ceiling’s when going up the stairs..it took two cracks on the head for my other half watch 😊 No bacon on the cooked cotswalds breakfast but still really tasty…

Location was lovely and quite in a beautiful little village.. Staff were great Evening meal we had there was nice and not too pricey either We took our fur baby with us.

Although food was delicious, price for dinner was pretty high. Breakfast time was very early and quite short (8.30 - 9.30), but there was no rush by the staff anyway. So thumbs up for the Lamb's Inn!

We got a nice big room in this charming old stone house. Bathroom was modern. Breakfast was plenty and of good quality, you could chose between different menues. There was also a veggy option. Staff was very nice. The restaurant was opened in the evening as well, so we had dinner there two times and were very satisfied with the food. We had two nice walks from the Inn into the landscape, I would recommend the walk to the small village of Sherborne. There is a small deli, where you can rest drinking a tea or having some lunch.

Stable rooms are lovely but are in court yard where glass bin is located for bar and where smokers congregate loudly after a beer..... not massive issues and could be easily rectified.

The garden room was lovely and very suitable for travel with a dog. The food in the Lamb Inn was superb.

Would have preferred no pets place. Having said all that the dogs were all well behaved.

We were not aware pets were welcome and were quite overwhelmed by tge n7mber of dogs present.
