Only negative is breakfast is not included in the price & only served between 8-9am which may be a little too early after a late night. Would not deter me from recommending or booking again but useful to know for others booking.

Great location close to the Bournemouth O2. Room well equipped, clean & comfortable. Free parking also. Very friendly hosts. Fresh milk for tea was a lovely addition.

This was a great find, a really clean and comfortable guest house, it’s a nice 10/15 minute walk to the beach and the town. Debbie and Peter were really friendly and accommodating, I’d absolutely recommend and will book again!

Very nice place, excellently located for the beach, local bars and restaurants and the O2 where we were watching a band play. Rooms very nice and airy, the bed was very comfortable and the shower worked well. Debbie was also a very nice host.

We had an amazing time staying at Debbie’s and Peter’s place. The two were so welcoming and warm we felt at ease right away, they even accommodated our changed arrival time. The location of the hotel is great, it’s a very short walk to the beach and everything is very clean and neat. We will definitely be back when we come back to Bournemouth.

On arrival we were greeted warmly by Debbie, a fantastic hostess. As we came on the motorbike she let us park in the secure, gated parking. The room was very clean, cosy and cool (a bonus during the last heatwave). Debbie's breakfast was delicious! Overall, this was a fantastic stay (to short) and we will definitely be back. Once again, thank you Debbie!

Comfortable king-size bed on the Ground floor. Freshly cooked breakfast served to order. The hostess Debbie was informative with regards local restaurants and amenities. Free parking and WiFi. B&B was in a great location.

Beautiful large room with super king comfy bed, very comfortable seating area with TV, and everything spotless! Lovely large shower and scrupulously clean bathroom. Really useful to have fridge available in the room. Quiet location, superb breakfast freshly cooked, and great lounge. Debbie and Peter very welcoming and helped with anything we needed, set up ironing board and iron when we arrived and recommended restaurants etc. Car parking available on site. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Packed lunches available on request. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning in the future.

It rained on one of our days, but we still enjoyed our stay.

The Hotel is very well situated in a quiet rd, short distance walk for shops and the beach. The hotel is extremely clean and tidy,,the mattress was very comfortable. Kettle and selection of hot drinks provided. T.V . free WiFi . hair dryer in room. Hotel is Beautifully decorated. Choice of breakfast deliciously cooked the way you prefer. We was celebrating a birthday, and the hotel owner Debbie went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. There was a lovely lounge with T.V for guests to use during their stay.

We loved the homely feel of this accommodation Debbie and Peter are superb hosts and made us feel very welcomed. We had the budget double which was nice and compact and, spotlessly clean perfect for us. The bed was very comfortable and extra pillows if you needed. The shower was lovely too. Location was great with a bus stop just outside, and within walking distance for all your needs. Would definitely stay at the Rosscourt-Adults Only Again.

On occasion the shower would shut off whilst taking one and would take a few minutes to reboot.

Fantastic location about 5 minute walk from the beach and 5 minute walk in the other direction to the local shops. Bus stops right outside that take you to either Southbourne/Mudeford or other direction into Bournemouth/Poole. Room was clean and tidy and very quite with window facing towards back of the property. Very little noise throughout the night.

Just had accommodation. I thought having a room at the front would be noisy but it wasn't. Free parking. Own keys to come and go as you pleased. The Rosscourt was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee facilities as well as a small fridge. The bus service was excellant didn't need to use the car. Local high street just round the corner. Debbie Watson hand and nothing was any trouble. Would stay again.

Nothing except that access to a garden would have been nice to relax in after a day walking or on the beach.

Lovely clean and spacious room and the owners Debbie and Peter made us very welcome. The cooked breakfast was excellent. There was a bus stop right outside the property for coastal routes to Mudeford and Poole.

The parking situation wasn't great but they accommodated our request for on site parking for free.

The hosts were friendly. The decor was beautiful. Super quiet and the beds were very comfy. The room was beautiful.
