The carpets could have done with a better vacuuming but I only noticed as I had to do some yoga and stretches on the floor

We found that there wasn’t enough shelf space or hooks in the bathroom. Everything had to be on the sink area which wasn’t very big. There was nowhere to put sponge/face cloth in the shower etc. No bin in the bathroom. We booked a “deluxe king room” Room 4, so presumed the bed would be a king size but it was definitely no bigger than our double bed at home, also there were only 2 pillows on the bed that weren’t very plump. There was a hanging rail with coat hangers on but there was nowhere else to put your clothes so they had to stay in the suitcase. We would stay here again these are just constructed criticism. There was no noise from the pub below or from the street. We did have trouble getting in using the gate and door codes after hours. Key pads seem to be a bit temperamental and took us about 20 minutes to get the things to work. Don’t let the review put you off, it was nice.

Advertised and booked as including breakfast. The breakfast menu seemed extensive but was totally inflexible, and any drinks, i.e., a cup of tea, had to be paid for on top. The omelette was nice, but I couldn't have beans unless I paid extra for them. Very peculiar.

Good location. Handy for DLR and Greenwich pedestrian tunnel.

Breakfast was included in the price but you had to buy your tea/coffee which I find bizarre as I think this is standard with breakfast!

The signal for the TV wasn’t very good. We had we had the signal for awhile and they just kept cutting out otherwise we keep staying there every time we come to concert at the O2.

The Waterman’s Arms is located in a quiet part of London with a residential feel. Good links to public transport, buses, DLR, and River Bus stops within easy walking distance. The Thames and the beautiful river path with magnificent views is 30 seconds walk away, leading to the foot tunnel under the river to Greenwich and Greenwich Park. The pub itself is wonderful and the staff friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room was a good size, nice comfortable bed, and a small but well presented bathroom and shower which had a luxury feel. The included breakfast, was not a normal hotel or B&B breakfast. They have a restaurant style menu, with perfectly cooked options, which you can select from. We really enjoyed what we chose Drinks are extra. We would highly recommend staying here, and would love to come back soon

This is the third time we stayed, it's just so nice. Lovely, vibrant local pub just opposite of gorgeous Greenwich. Nice, cozy rooms with everything you need. Great breakfast, great food, great people. We will be back soon.

Great location for exploring less touristy areas on the east side, but still very well connected to the city center (take the boat!) and quiet at night. Very good value for London - spacious, well designed rooms with comfortable beds and a very generous breakfast. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is totally personal preference, but the only negative for me was that the mattress was too bouncy and soft. I know some people may prefer that though!

Really lovely, well decorated and clean bedroom. Location is great, right next to the river path. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great!

As the rooms are above a pub there's some noise until not too late hours.h

Both the pub downstairs and the rooms have recently been fully renovated with good style. Stone's throw away from Thames and few hundred metres from TLR station.

Excellent access for after hours. Gentleman who welcomed us was rushed off his feet but still took the time to take us to our room and show us all the facilities available. Bed was comfortable and nicely laid out and the room was very clean.

Not having a blind/curtain over the en-suite window. It was partially glazed but didn’t feel I had full privacy from other properties.

Location was perfect for visiting my daughter. Enjoyed lunch, although the sandwich option was not available.
