Nothing to dislike, but slightly surprised by lack of staff on site, didn't notice any fire exit instructions.

Nice room, well equipped, comfortable, all we needed. Noted there is a fridge in the room - we didn't use it but it could be useful for some kinds of breaks. Very clean

We were more than satisfied. There was an extra bed in the room which we didn't need. I do feel space would have been rather tight for 3 people . Maybe a couple and child would have been ok.

Room was warm and comfortable - ideal for a winter stay. Spotlessly clean. There was limited parking at the back which we were able to use when needed. There was plenty of really hot water.

Curtains weren't wide enough and couldn't be pulled to blot out the illuminated hotel and 'no entry' signs outside. There was no microwave.

Room and shower room were very clean. Fridge worked well. Sufficient space for one slim person. Would be crowded for three people or for someone who was large.

The general appearance of the hotel could be improved

The room was comfortable and clean with room refresh daily,also it was surprisingly quiet .It was good to be able to park the car and make good use of public transport.We didnt see any staff during our stay but communicated through phone and text.

Small room- not much space to move around so feels a bit cramped. Noisy area - We heard lots of noises as the hotel is on a main road. Found it difficult to sleep during the night. wasn’t even a weekend so probably more noisy and busy on a weekend.

I liked everything. I would just recommend (as a suggestion) to leave extra info about London in the rooms, like indication of restaurants, sightseeing and even tips.

The place was super comfortable and clean. The price was affordable, and although the hotel is outside the center, it is easy to access it by underground (line Victoria).

Very comfortable stay. I was happy with the check in process - phoning to get a key code. My room had a fridge and small table which were very useful. The location is very convenient - near Blackhorse Road tube, Walthamstow market and on the 158 bus route to Stratford. Even though the road was busy and I was at the front of the building, I slept really well.

the noise from the constant traffic on the road

the room was really well appointed, nice comfy bed and tehre was a mini fridge, table and chairs. The shower in the bathroom was really good too. I quite like the fact that check in was over the phone and main and room entrance was by code on a keypad

The water temperature in the shower was set too hot and didn't manage to set ot cooler. Of course the staff would have helped but my stay there was rather short so I didn't bother. In another private place in the same area the water temperature was too hot as well so maybe that's standard in that part of the city.

Good location close to the Victoria Line, shopping and restaurants around the corner, coffee and tea facilities and a fridge in the room, tv as well.

The room is ok for one or two nights, I could not imagine staying there longer. When I compare the temperature in the bathroom and in the room where we were sleeping, the difference has to be at least five degrees. Except that I would say everything was ok.

We spent there one night in a room for three people. I was there with my two friends and the main purpose of our trip was the match between Tottenham and Arsenal. I was sleeping on the bed in the middle which was really big for one person and very comfortable, the rest two beds were (according to my friends) very soft. So if you are going there and you are reading this review choose the bed in the middle :-D. The room was ok, not great, not terrible, the host was very responsive. This was the only accommodation in London with a rating of at least 8.0 and a price lower than 85 EUR. And it was close to the stadium so we were satisfied.

Cleanliness, especially the lobby on the first day, below expectations. The carpet in the room is very worn and needs to be changed. The room should be painted, there are traces of mold.

The room was big enough for a triple, relatively easy to reach the center in about 25 minutes.
