A really home-from-home central in the city of Bath with private parking and all touristic attractions just around the corner. We also appreciated the welcome pack that we found when we arrived with delicious cake and wine.

The level 1 bed room opened directly to the courtyard, and there is no window. The temperature was controlled by the host, so I need to contact her to make it cooler. It's a little stuff and warm as there isn't much ventilation after you close the door. 1 bedroom on level 3 was very small, can only have an open suitcase in the room. The bedroom door is sometimes blocked by one of the legs of the bed; I had to push the bed in to close the door. There is also no ventilation switch in the ensuite bathroom, which makes it very steamy and wet after a shower.

The information on the entry to the unit was communicated well via email and whatsapp (as I request). Getting into the unit was a breeze! I had to call the host on the locking of the main door as it was the European kind, and we were not familiar with it. The parking lot was very small, but it was good that the covered car park was not full, so we had some space to manoeuvre. The apartment was wonderful. It's really nice and clean. There was a bottle of sparkling wine and milk in the fridge, such a nice touch by the host! The bedroom on level 1 is very spacious and ensuite. Level 2 has a living room and kitchen with a small balcony. TV has Netflix, so lot of choices to watch. Two bedrooms are on level 3, and both have bathrooms. All the beds are comfortable. The kitchen has everything, including a dishwasher. The location was excellent as it's just a walk to anywhere. We literally walked everywhere while we were at Bath. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed the stay very much.

The heating controls were very confusing and we could have sent a message to the host to resolve this, but did not want to bother as everything else was great. Would be useful for this to be labled up so you could understand which controls controlled an area.

Location of propertuy was fantastic. Right in the middle of Bath. Car parking space was a great added bonus. The kitchen was well stocked with Tea, Coffee and Sugar as well as a little milk, bottle of prosecco and lemon drizzle cake! Location itself was really quiet even though there was some construction going on across the yard. Great restaurants nearby and 5-10 minute walk into the heart of Bath.

My only criticism is that the house was very warm - I think due to it being so well built and modern. We found the thermostats but despite turning them down the house retained the heat! However this wasn't too much of an issue for us and we had windows open instead and made use of the lovely balcony.

What an absolutely brilliant property - absoutely exceeding our expectations. Everything felt brand new and clean, the beds were super comfy and the kitchen well equipped. The location was fantastic - travelling with two children under 6 and an OAP we were easily able to walk everywhere. The development felt secure, the water pressure was great and the property overall felt very luxurious. We also all loved the welcome gift!

It was perfect!

We loved the location, the layout and decor of the property, simplistic with a very comfortable feel. Loved the open plan design which was perfect for a family meal. The master bedroom was stunning with an excellent ensuite. I loved how easy it was to adjust to a new cooker, lights, security etc. We loved the personal touches upon arrival, bubbly and nibbles were a wonderful surprise. It was very hard to say goodbye, we just didn't want to leave!

Thin bath towels and no extras. No bath soap. We were not told about construction on the site and taxi driver had difficulty finding the address. One bedroom is very small with no room for luggage

Good location, easy walking distance to city center and grocery store. Roomy common areas and well equipped. Clean. Washer/dryer. Complimentary prosecco and cake were a nice touch. We liked the espresso machine.

We were a group with two cars and needed to find parking elsewhere for the second car. We were aware before we booked - just a comment. And as mentioned there is building work on going across the courtyard but we were aware before we booked. The builders were v accommodating allowing us to drive out of things were in the way etc

Great location within easy walking distance. Wonderful we could take the dog. Well equipped and very comfortable.

All in all the property is great. However, there are little details here and there reveal the property isn't used as a home. The en suite shower door tends to let water out onto the floor. One of the bedroom doors is unable to close because the bed extends into the path of the door. At first arrival, the location is a little hard to find. All of these things are relatively minor with the exception of the bedroom door being unable to close. It was an inconvenience for the privacy of one of our adult children. My comment is that the price may have been a little high, but considering that the property is in a major tourist town and is relatively new, I understand. Tourists always complain about price, eh? :-)

We loved the lemon cake and madeleines that were waiting for us when we arrived. The nespresso coffee maker was a plus as well. The property is quite new and is very nice. It provided a great home away from home while we were in Bath.

One bedroom was a little small but didn’t impact our stay too much.

The property was absolutely beautiful, well located with an easy walk into all the main sights and close to a Waitrose. Host was exceptional and a rare find these days for accommodation bookings. Perhaps Sabine can teach some other hosts how to provide the perfect experience. We wished we could have stayed longer!
