Breakfast quality was okay, but badly let down by the method for getting tea/coffee , should have cups available at your table etc. also tea-pots/coffee pots. The staff are great and do their best to keep it running smoothly !!.

Restaurant was excellent , quality of the food and service were both fabulous the only downside was the kitchen closed at 8.30pm. Rooms were of a very high standard Spacious and luxurious. All staff were very conscientious and courteous. The grounds looked outstanding and were very well taken care of .Would highly recommend!

It rained a lot while we were there. Outside our room drips came down from the gutter less roof - stables courtyard - keep us awake on two nights!

Whole hotel exceptionally clean and well maintained. Food generally very good - would have like slightly more choices for non cooked breakfast- bananas, individual yogurts, granola? Would definitely recommend to others.

The ramp in was steep. And doors and hallways in courtyard tight for wheelchair. Also did not appreciate fact that they were working at side of disabled bays and both were parked in one by tractor and other a pickup being used by workers.

Room was lovely. Clean.. And big enough for wheelchair etc.. Bathroom was big but doorway was normal sized not great for wheelchair.. Over all room great access tight

Good size room, Bath & Shower with toiletries. nice fluffy towels, bathrobes and slippers Very clean, plenty wardrobe and drawer space. Very comfortable bed. Great selection at breakfast.

Service at breakfast a bit slow on the last day. My husband's meal was disappointing on the 1st night, but the waiter dealt with the situation well

Reception staff were extremely helpful as was the waiter in the restairant on the 1st night. Breakfast is table service and the food is very good

Very blunt receptionist, who announced that I had an outstanding bill on my room to a packed foyer and lounge....I was checking in for heavens sake! There are ways of asking for up front payment, further training might help!!!

Stayed here a week ago and decided to stay again as it was only a little over an hour to the Ferry heading back to Ireland. Great hotel and great breakfast . Also Cloe at front desk was very helpful in printing out birding pass for us.

A great hotel in a lovely location. Friendly staff, comfortable room, a huge bed. An enjoyable breakfast. Would highly recommend and re visit when in Ayr. An unexpected delight after three OKish nights in Ireland.

We were in the other part of the hotel, which was newer but the weather was bad so we got soaked going from the main hotel plus the roof was leaking outside our room and my partner slipped down the stairs, not one person asked how he was the next day

The weather!! Our fault for picking the two wettest days in May!

The accessible room was very comfortable. The bathroom's additional aids excellent and disabled parking right beside our courtyard room. Breakfast was delicious and staff very helpful and accommodating.
