Windows could not be properly sealed. It was very windy, so was noisy. One mattress in the double bed was very lumpy and needs replacing

View from room over the bay was excellent. Breakfast choice very good. Hotel condition other that points highlighted very good & stylish. Good sized double bed with separate mattresses.

Perfect location! Very short walk from town centre and just on the top of the beach (on the cliff). You can use cliff lift to go down here. The room is specious with big and comfortable bed. There is also little coffee table and comfy chairs. They serve very good breakfast.

Really enjoyed the view and the location - proximity to the Scarborough spa and the funicular railway for an event was perfect. Breakfast was also very tasty and the room was lovely.

Single room a little small, but well laid out & with everything required and tea/coffee/biscuits provided.

There were no USB sockets in our room and we had to use the tv which took longer to charge our items.

Only the menu for the meal in the evening purely because there wasn't anything I liked.

The staff were great, really nice , the hotel was so clean,they certainly have a great housekeeping team. Room was clean and we had booked a sea view room , chairs so you could sit and just look out. The only reason I give it a 9 out of 10 is personally I would have liked a long mirror, but other than that we would stay here again. Thank you all the staff we met you were great 👍

Nothing at all!

Our stay was perfect. We were in room 23, and it was beautiful. The views from the window seats are perfect. We chose this hotel due to having tickets for a show at Scarborough Spa Grand Hall and the location could not have been better. We headed straight out the front door to the hotel, walked across the road and arrived at the cliff trains, £2.20 return and we were at the bottom and pretty much on the Spa doorstep. Again, the gentlemen working there were chatty, polite and helpful too. Every single member of staff was friendly, polite, helpful, and exactly what you'd expect at a hotel like this. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was immaculate and lovely tea/coffee making facilities with yummy biscuits too! Breakfast was included in the price for our room. This was delicious! Again, all staff were helpful and happy! I realised on the journey home that I'd left my phone charger in the room. The person I spoke to on reception was happy to collect and post it to me! We are already deciding when to visit next, and we'll definitely be requesting the same room too!
