Hotel was amazing location for a Wembley trip, the room was a good size & very clean. Also free parking if you get there early enough

nightmare to find, website says parking available but doesn't say it's impossible to find and stopping to unload is impossible. the corridors have carpet rucked up to make a trip hazard oin many places, and curtains don't block light so it's hard to sleep in winter if you dont have a mask. public car park is only a short walk (but *very* long drive!) but I didnt feel very comfortable, it's in a dingy street, and to walk to the pay point you have to walk down a street with no footway

staff friendly, comfortabe room, hotel gave me voucher reducing multi storey parking from £10 for 24 hours to £4, comfortable bar area to sit and chat with friends.

It was freezing. They only have an on the wall oil heater. This did not warm the room. I was cold

Bathroom was a little dated. we decided to go for the breakfast, at £13.50ea I don't think it was particularly good value.

We booked the hotel as it was close to the Place Theater. The room was comfortable, the bed was big. We managed to get onsite parking. The hotel is very close to the city center (~5 walk)

Breakfast was not good. Hardly anything at 8.15am , my egg wasn't cooked white sloppy and cold. Shame because this let it down

The bathroom was very outdated and not the cleanest. We got very little sleep at night because of noise from other guests l, it seemed as though there was absolutely no sound proofing, could hear everything in the next rooms and corridor.

The bedroom was lovely and clean. The staff were very helpful and the bar and reception area was clean and inviting.

Online it stated that breakfast was on until 10.30 However when we went out at 9.45 the staff told us it was all done

Breakfast was not nice. Eggs were covered in black bits and tasted like it had been cooked on a very dirty pan. The sausage was chewy, was told by another guest that they were left over sausages that weren’t used at breakfast the day before 😬

The lady at reception was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating!!

Unfortunately they no longer do a hot buffet breakfast and the cooked breakfast was substandard in particular the sausages you could break a window with them!! For £25 for two adults I really expected better and feel they should bring back the buffet breakfast..

We have stayed here several times and are always happy with the facilities and our stay. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Loud rooms, can hear everybody who walks down the hallway which can be noisy when a lot of the clientel work nights etc.

Friendly staff, 24hr reception was helpful & so was the discount on the CitiPark multistory. Large spacious room. Cheap rooms & easy access to 3 different Train/Tube stations

To me the location was so close to my office and never rushed to get into traffic.

The staff were lovely, they smiled anytime questions asked. The location is perfect for non drivers and in short the price was reasonable for the night.

Having to pay £50 on arrival ?? Ive used Booking.com for loads of hotels all over europe and never had to do this Nice hotel but wont be returning for this reason

TV remote didn't work in my room, the shower took quite a while to heat up and there was a build up of grout in the shower but nothing insanely unreasonable in my opinion and none of these issues really bothered me as I was busy with sightseeing during my stay.

Bed was very comfortable and the staff were very polite. Location was good near the high street and a short walk from 2 train stations with good links to the centre of London. Hotel also had a bar that was open till late. Overall for how much I paid I can't really complain it did the job and it did it well.
