Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomWe were quite disappointed with the parking situation although we appreciate the fact that parking is avalible and so close to the location. We had a bad experience with accessing our paid for in advance parking option which we paid £25 for. We couldn’t access the parking and had to receive help from the premier inn after bing halted in the entrance bay of the parking lot and asked to go back to our hotel to get a remote. This was very frustrating as I was left under the basement parking whilst my husband had to be escorted al the way by the premier in hotel staff, who kindly guided him back to the main entrance of our hotel to collect a fob which guest apparently should have in order to access the parking lot. Anyway long Tory short he borrows the reception fob and walked back an then we were able to get in very annoying and time consuming maybe the hotel should have a system were they register the car reg so they can easily go in and out this would be ideal and much more sensible.
We absolutely loved the property, the layout the modern design, the bed was so comfortable the ascetics of the hotel right the way through is just Devine. We had everything we need. We loved the electrical shutters and how simple it was to use the controls to the lights electrical window shutters, tv and the cast connection so we could use Netflix and YouTube and also the kitchen area ans utensils were clean and plentiful. We plan to cook breakfast so let’s see how it works out otherwise just perfect we’re definitely satisfied and will most definitely be retuning. Oh and to add we stayed on the 18th floor and the lift were exceptionally quick every time.

LuxembourgFor three people the room was a bit cramped. It was fine for one night, but any longer would have been uncomfortable. The bathroom was also a bit small. The location was great, with walks along the canal, cafes, restaurants and Paddington Station within easy reach
Comfortable bed, clean room, nice extras like free water, milk and chocolate in the room. Fridge, kettle, toaster and dishwasher available in the room

ItalyBreakfast is rich and delicious. Staff is kind and ready to help. Location is convenient to the tube to Oxford Circus and Leicester Square (Bakerloo Line is a 5 - minute walk from the Aparthotel), or to the tube to Westminster and Tower Hill (Circle Line a 5 - minute - walk from Wilde AH). Room is modern and nice, a bit small but excellent for London standards. Bathroom with a spacious shower.

AustraliaWhile the apartment was tidy, it could do with a good dusting. The lighting in the bathroom was also very dim, so I found myself using the mirror in the corridor outside for getting ready.
The apartment was quite modern and nicely styled, with a comfy bed. I enjoyed the view from the big window.

PolandCleaning
I stayed at Wilde Aparthotels, and my room had a well-equipped kitchen. The location was ideal, with two metro stations nearby. My 17th-floor room was quiet with a stunning view, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Though the room wasn’t cleaned during my stay, leading to some dust buildup, the staff quickly replaced towels after I contacted reception. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with just a minor cleanliness concern.
