You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaExcellent location. I was able to walk everywhere from there. Room was great. First one I got was a bit small for my liking but Sally kindly moved me to the queen room which was very comfortable. More importantly, the service was incredible. Sally treated me like family and nothing was too much to ask. She was always available and works hard at making her guests happy. This is a relatively new establishment: go encourage them as they truly deserve it. I will definitely be back 🙂

Hotel Well In What we liked: We booked a budget double room an hour before check in and they graciously accomodated us. The host Sally and Gwenza(?) were very sweet and speaks English very well. Our room was located on ground floor, so easy w.r.t luggages. The room was well equiped with reading light, heater, A/C, TV, work desk, mini fridge, kettle, closet, toiletries, etc. The interior of the hotel and room are aesthetic. The parking was available in front of the hotel and charges were taken care by the hotel. Our deal had free breakfast too and it was Fantastic! It included a variety of food including Georgian cheese plate! For someone who pays attention to details they are going to love every detail in this hotel/rooms. There are also rooms with balconies which looks good. Rooms are better looking than photos in fact. The room and bathroom were spotless and sheets/bed were cozy and warm. Wifi worked great. Hot water and power 24x7. Host also helps us with any queries and or suggestions on the trip. Overall it was an awesome experience for us and we're grateful. No second thoughts about booking this hotel again.
