Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There are 3 apartments but if everyone has a car then it maybe a problem parking.
Nice location away from the hussle n bussle. Beach is 5 mins walk.

We loved everything about this property. In a quiet location a short stroll from the restaurants and bars and the beach. The property had all mod cons, spotlessly clean and ultra modern.

The apartment was so nice and clean. It was a pleasure staying here. I recommend it 100%. You have everything you want and the host was so responsive and polite. I just loved it !

A little pool would have been amazing but honestly we weren’t too fussed, which is why we booked the apartments
We rented both the Oleander and Anemone apartments for a week, and had an amazing time! The apartments are beautifully decorated, very modern and stylish, clean and fresh. We loved the facilities and made use of the washing machine, the oven and hob as we made breakfast and some lunches together some days. The cleaning service is amazing, I felt bad that I didn’t empty bins in time etc before the owners did! The area was lovely and quiet and sitting out on the patio area on an evening was lovely and chilled out. It’s a short walk away from the beach and the restaurants but not so far that it was an inconvenience every day. If you like a quieter spot away from the nightlife then this is for you :)

A pool would be great but you could use the pool next door.
The location on the edge of the village. It was a short walk to all the bars and shops.

The only thing I would recommend changing is the the shower head.
The accommodation was very clean and cleaned regularly. Didn't have any problems really bit feel the would have been dealt with if we had. Loved that it had a washing machine.

This accommodation deserves its exceptional rating. They are positioned in a quiet location but within easy walking distance of both San Stefano and Arillas, and there are some very nice restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Facilities in the appartments are fantastic, with 2 double bedrooms and a large kitchen with cooker, dishwasher and washing machine if you want them. There is a large terrace facing the quiet road looking out over the garden and an area at the rear which is a sun trap where you can sunbathe with the provided sun beds.

We liked everything about the property. The only thing to consider is that it’s a reasonable walk from the beach. We didn’t mind this, but if our son was any younger than he is (7), then the walk would have been long for him. But it wasn’t a problem for us :-)
Comfortable beds, clean facilities, lovely garden, nice kitchen. A nice quiet location. Air conditioning was a saviour as it was over 35 degrees for most of our stay. We loved it and will be back!

Lovely patio, ideal for breakfast, overlooking mixed flower/ vegetable garden. Clean and well decorated with big shower, plenty of hot water. Air con good, patio doors with fly screens in bedrooms kept rooms cool even though 30 c during day. Level 5 minute walk along lit road to resort centre, excellent beaches in both Agios Stefanos and Arillas. Good mix of bars and restaurants in resort

Couldn't find any faults!
Modern, well equipped. Had everything we needed and more. Owner was friendly and welcoming. Always greeted us and asked if we were alright. Have been to San Stefanos many times over 20 years. This was the best place we have stayed!

Very little that we didn’t like - the apartments are lovely! Small improvements could be made but didn’t impact our stay - in particular shower head needs to be mounted to wall to avoid having to hold shower head, more wine glasses required, complementary dish washer tablets would be nice, and one of the mosquito nets (twin room) needs a small fix as there is a tear in it which allowed some mosquitos in.
Great location made it easy to visit both San Stefanos (brilliant for beach days) and Arillas (amazing sunsets and good restaurants/bars). Very clean with cleaning service every other day. Very well appointed kitchen with washing machine and dish washer. Large apartment with a nice terrace overlooking the garden, plenty of space. Owner dropped off a huge watermelon for breakfast which was a nice touch. We enjoyed the complementary sweets and limoncello! The three apartments are clearly new and very nicely built. There is sufficient free car parking space. I would recommend to stay here again in future.

Perfect holiday accommodation with all the appliances that may be needed. Very clean and comfortable. Very nice contact with the owner. Close to the beach (a couple of minute walk) and to shops and restaurants.
