Beautiful serene courtyard garden enclosed by very pretty apartment buildings, with lovely pool, friendly owners, very close to the beach. Our room was, I think, one of the smaller ones but represented excellent value, and was comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished.

The only thing that could be improved is the shower pressure and the amount of ants you find around the pool.

The rooms are in well maintained & offer a lot of space. There was enough cooking equipment to make your own meals and cute terrace to eat it on. The air conditioning kicks in pretty fast. There was two bottles of water in the fridge which were gratefully received as it had been a bad travel experience. You have plenty of restaurants and shops around and about a 2 minute walk to the bus and an adorable mini train that takes you up into the mountains.

This is a super sweet apartment complex where you can feel the love and care of the owners. It has a very Cretan vibe to it and does not feel too touristy. I was welcomed by the owners personally and the self-made orange Marmelade waiting on the kitchen table was one of my holiday highlights! A mini market as well as several beautiful beaches are nearby and the Bus to Chania gets you in 15 min to the beautiful town with its amazing history as well as many Tavernas and alleys to discover.

The bathroom door in the apartment was very loud.

We loved our stay! Everything was great about this property. The hosts Potoula, Michalis and Alexandros are the nicest people and very caring. Location is the best one could imagine around Chania, especially for vacation with kids: close to several great beaches, nice restaurants, park with great playground, bus stop to Chania. The territory of the hotel and around pool is well maintained and really beautiful in traditional Greek style. We rented apartment upstairs and a studio downstairs. Both rooms were comfortable with all we needed. Beds were comfortable too. The apartment upstairs has a big terrace with a dining table, we enjoyed all our breakfasts on this terrace. We also got a baby chair and baby cot in our room which was very useful when traveling with baby! I highly recommend this hotel and looking forward to come back again :)

Perhaps a better sign would be useful to find the property easier. Other than that, we have nothing to criticize.

A nice family run apartment complex with a pool. The whole host family was very friendly and accomodating - they prepared one of the apartments for us for an early check-in so that we could enjoy the day there. It is very close to the beach, with beautiful small bays and all the infrastructure needed for a relaxing holiday. The apartments were clean and taken care of, they were also cleaned during our stay.

I highly recommend Potoula Apts. The owners are great people, always available, kind and helpful all the way which made our stay even more confortable. The apartement was perfectly cleaned every day. We were founding new clean sheets and towels every time we got back from the beach. The room was spacious and it had all the needed amanties, mini kitchen fully equipped, air conditioner, hair dryer, beautiful balcony... The pool was amazing as well! The appartement is on walking distance from the most beautiful 4 beaches in Chania region and is on 2min walk from the 21 bus station (Agii Apostoli) that will get you to/from the Chania center. This is for sure the best place to spent your Crete/Chania summer vacation.

Kitchen ware was a bit limited. We only had one very large bowl between the two of us. No cereal bowls or sharp knives either. But it did the job for the few days we were there.

Hosts were so friendly and pleasant. The place was so peaceful and relaxing. Right near the beach. Ideal summer holiday base.

The location is excellent. A short walk from the beaches and close to restaurants. It was a short taxi into the city (~€8). We had a great time here - it was very quiet, pleasant and enjoyable stay. The hosts were extremely friendly, there was always someone around to help out if we had a query or request. We had to change our dates at short notice because of travel restrictions - replies were very quick and efficient and they were able to accommodate our request. They offered good tips on restaurants and booked taxis for us. I strongly recommend this accommodation if you are looking for a good value, beach adjacent room outside the city. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Potoula Apts is a great family-run hotel. The owners have outdone themselves in providing a beautiful atmosphere around the garden, pool and house. They were very attentive and checked in on us multiple times to make sure everything was to our full satisfaction. This is by far the most beautiful place to stay in the area from what we could see. There are several restaurants, supermarkets, and beaches in walking distance, but all in all it's a rather quiet town, which we loved. A taxi to the Chania costs ~10 Euro, which is an option for even more restaurants and stores. We would stay there again any time!
