There wasn't anything we didn't like about the hotel, and we would definitely return.

The breakfasts, facilities, pool and poolside area and cleanliness. The apartment was also kept spotless too, bedding and towels changed every other day, with a full clean and bed making on the other days.

Beautiful resort with appartment with our own jackuzzi where we could adjust temperature - for October vacation really amazing feature. Stuff was super friendly, Location amazing - lot of great restaurants arround and also big supermarket by walking distance (lidl and synka). Beach few mins by walk. Recommend

I came with my husband. After the first night we asked to get upgraded to a better room that was less noisy. No questions asked they accommodated us and we slept great. Breakfast was delicious and really nice staff!

The bathroom could have been slightly cleaner

The staff were incredible. They were the most accommodating team i have ever seen. They were always there to help, and went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. We are vegan, and they would custom make us food every morning that wasn’t part of the buffet, and on our last day as we were leaving early the next morning they prepared us a bag of breakfast food to take away with pastries, fruit and sandwiches! A special shoutout to Ramona who ran the restaurant at breakfast and lunch most days. She was so good at making sure we had food and were happy! The pool is also really lovely, and the location is great - a 5 min walk to the bus station to get into town which comes every 15 mins.

Everything was great, the staff was very, very kind and willing to help. The pool was very clean and the surrounding of the pool was so perfect and cozy, it creates the perfect place to relax. the food at breakfast was delicious and diversified, i think that it would fulfill everyone needs and taste. The room was clean, they did everything to make us feel good and our vacation was perfect because of their hospitality! The place is near the bus station, 10 minutes of walking to the beach, and 10 minutes of driving from Chania old town. For us it was perfect because in the city centre it would have been to crowded and noisy.

We liked everything. We had a room (an apartment size room) which had 2 pull out sofa double beds in the living area, but as we were just a couple we did not need to use the pull out sofas. The air con in the room was only in the bedroom so I can imagine it would have been very difficult for people to sleep in the living room with no aircon. Not an issue for us though but maybe the hotel would not use the room we had for more than 2 people for this reason or maybe they would supply fans. Not an issue for us but something to note.

Property was clean, spacious, great outdoor space with all amenities you needed. Great location close to bus stop to get into chania, walking distance to the beaches and lovely restaurants close by. Staff were all so friendly and very welcoming serving you whilst you relax around the pool. Lots of choice for breakfast. Hotel had a book swap area which was great as it allowed me to swap the book I had read.

What wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcomed me with drinks and nibbles on arrival. They were able to accommodate an early check in free of a charge and a complimentary room upgrade. I will definitely be back!

Really nothing we didn't like.

We liked everything: the location of the property was ideal, our suite with a private swimming pool was very comfortable, the view from the pool was amazing, the people working in the resort (reception, restaurant, cleaning lady, the owners) very friendly and helpful, breakfast high quality. We met some guests coming back in this resort for more than 20 years. We plan to return as well.

I have nothing bad to say about the hotel.

I really liked the staff. Everybody was super nice and wanted to do everything to make sure your stay is as good as possible. The restaurant was also super nice and the cocktails. The pool and chill area is also super nice, you literally don't need to leave the hotel if you don't want to.

Hard to find something I didn't like, however the pool was open 7 to 7 and because we were staying during a heatwave we would have liked to be able to swim until 9pm because it was so warm but understand the pool cleaning schedule has to be prioritised

The staff were very nice and professional. As it was my birthday the staff left a bottle of wine and a birthday card in my room which was very very sweet and appreciated a lot. The pool facilities are absolutely exceptional - a large main pool, a smaller warm pool and a jacuzzi surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. 10 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the bus stop to chania town and all surrounding beaches. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks all available from the restaurant/bar throughout the day and everything I ordered was delicious! We also had a late flight home and even though we checked out at half 10 in the morning we were allowed use the pool and facilities for the rest of the day which was very kind. Couldn't have picked a better hotel!

The hotel was very clean and the pool bar area was very relaxing. The room was clean, spacious and had a lovely balcony. The breakfast was incredible! The bar staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave some great suggestions on places to visit and restaurants try. Special thanks to Sofia, Ramona and Sergio who were amazing :)
