Unbeatable location in old town with walking access to many sites and restaurants . Excellent host with quick communication and helpful information. Everything that is required for two people to be quite comfortable.

No elevator, although I understand it is due to being an historic area and they won't allow to put one in. Our host did help us to carry the luggage upstairs . Also, the host that met us told us he tried to contact us to see at what time to meet him for the keys, but it was thru email, and not everyone is constantly checking email. He did call us and were able to meet him no problem.

Great location inside historic city center. Very comfortable and big bed. No breakfast available. But it had a small kitchenette where you could heat up some of your own food,

The hot water tank did not fill completely. It has steep stairs to get in and out to the top floor. Might not work for people who have limited mobility.

Nothing we didn’t like, but there are quite a few stairs to get up to the apartment and we were able to pay for public parking outside the center no problem.

Loved the location and host! Fabulous and easy place to stay in the historic center!! They even helped us with our luggage.

Due to central position it was a bit noisy at times.

Apartment was in very central location of old town. Clean and well appointed. Beds very comfortable. Spacious bathroom. Host very good to deal with.

The only slight problem we had was with the kettle - we had to push the plug in and hold it before it would boil. And I forgot to mention it when we left - I'm sure they would have fixed it. I found the steps quite tiring by the end of the day, Perhaps we shouldn't have done so much!

We messaged the property owner when we got off the transfer bus. He was at the property when we arrived 10 minutes later. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had enough equipment - if we needed anything else we were told just to ask.

Lots of stairs if you have knee problems. But then Dubrovnik is full of stairs and steps.

A sheet with light bedspread. Much more sensible than a thick quilt, esp in a hot summer. Good airconditioning. Excellent shower with good water pressure. Very important if you are Australian!!

Nothing, we loved our stay, but others may struggle with stairs depending on their mobility.

The location was great, we loved exploring the old town in the early morning and evening to avoid crowds and it was helpful to be right in amongst it. Apartment contained everything we needed with some thoughtful touches. Comfortable. Easy to find, check in was perfect and communication with Andrej was great! Thank you for having us!

Owner is great !! Very helpful always available to answer questions. Nice and clean apartment inside the Old city only 3 min from Pile gate. We had an issue with AC as it was dripping water, but Owner promptly checked it. Unfortunately, it was weekend, so it was not possible to get it repaired, but he helped us in all possible ways. Overall, it was a great stay!!

My only complaint is it was so unbelievably hot when we showed up and even hours later after having the air conditioner turned on (it wasn’t on when we showed up) it was still very hot and therefore hard to sleep.

The location couldn’t be better. You are literally inside the walls of old town. Yes, the apartment is a bit outdated but has everything you need. Host was lovely and helpful with recommendations where to park and let us store our luggage after we checked out to explore during the day. If you are arriving by car be prepared to walk 1+ km or pay a high price for parking a little closer.

It is inside the walls and closed to the entrance of Pile (main) gate. Place is so comfortable and quiet. Andrej (owner) is so kind and wonderful.

The only negative was that there are a lot of steps which is difficult when carrying luggage and at times it was a bit noisy during the evenings despite having the windows shut

The location of this property was fantastic, everything was within walking distance with all the main restaurants only a few minutes walk which made it very convenient to pop and back and fourth as needed. The host was very friendly and great with communication leading up to the stay. The room was spacious and perfectly sized for two people. The shower was very good and powerful. Lots of towels, bedding etc was provided. There is free parking on this street - Vladimira Nazora 2 (everywhere around Konzum supermarket) and from there you can walk or get a uber with your luggage which cost about €3.50
