The Apartment was absolutely perfect, in a top location, close to everything. The owner of the Apartment was very helpful with instructions on entering the Apartment. I absolutely loved staying there, wished I could have stayed longer.

Easy to get through to the owner, the place is just like described, great location. We rented a car during the stay and were given a parking without paying extra, very kind!

There is a slight musty smell when the air conditioner is on, but I have found this true of other seaside apartments.

The location of the apartment was terrific and we loved the terrace. It is on a main road (by the cable car and airport bus), but has this wonderful terrace with fig and lime trees and grapes. You can see the Adriatic Sea and city wall from the terrace. There are 2 bakeries very close by and we had wonderful breakfasts on the terrace. We had 4 people in our family and it was a little tight, but I knew that before we rented the apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable and the apartment had all the basics. Even though it was on a busy road, the apartment was very quiet inside. We also used the parking garage, which is a big plus in Dubrovnik. Just note there is an extra charge to use the garage. The apartment is also close to a fun beach. We would stay there again.

Perfect location! Close to the walled city and all transport with all the convenience. Very comfortable with everything you need. The terrace is amazing and spent a few nights just relaxing overlooking Dubrovnik. Highly recommend.

Everything was great! Might have been nice to meet our hosts, but the check in process was easy.

Loved the location, price, cleanliness, and kitchen. While the fig trees made a bit of a mess outside, we have recently discovered the wonderfulness of fresh figs, so we appreciated it.

This cosy apartment located very close to old town, and the city beach. You can reach everything on foot, you don't need use car. Very useful that you can park in the garage however it's narrow. Regulary we ate breakfast on the terrace, under the trees, meanwhile we saw the see. The rooms were clean. We recommend it for those who like a pulsing city, but also like a relaxing silence.

The garage door was tricky to open, could probably use some repair. You press a button to open it, but then you have to give it some light help manually as it comes up. (The garage works only for small cars, but there's nothing that can be changed about that, and our car was small enough.)

The location is excellent. It's a single bedroom, but very comfortable for three people. Clean and very well-equipped, even with a nice washer/dryer (in one unit). Communication with the owner via WhatsApp was excellent.

Lack of handrails. As seniors we found it a bit difficult to reach the unit because there were no handrails to hold onto, especially when carrying luggage. Just FYI.

i suggest you leave extension out to charge phones. there was no plug for my bed, so I had to pull out the extension from behind the third bed in order to be able to use it. A longer extension cord would be a good solution. ☺️
