The views from the pool are fantastic. Location is really peaceful which is amazing as you are only 10/15 minutes by car from Dubrovnik old town. Apartment is modern, well appointed and really clean. The owners are also lovely. Would recommend.

Distance to centre of dubrovnik isn't correct on booking.com. steep walk to apartment. We got local bus daily 2e per person very regular but a little misleading when you search with booking.com Distance from centre. Bus very regular.

Property is great. Good size. Host is exceptional couldn't do enough for you. Apartments have everything you need. Pool is lovely. Beds comfy. Balcony huge. TV is smart so could connect to Netflix. Airton and all the kit gen utensils you need.

We loved everything except for the narrow road to get to the apartment situated on a hill but that’s not the host’s fault. Just could see how some people may have difficulty getting up there if not a good/safe driver

Very nice owners, always ready to help. Great view out of balcony and pretty quite district. Perfect place for relaxing vacation. If you have a car, it is not a problem to get the location, by public transport it is more problematic, however as I know there are buses run every 30 minutes to the center of Dubrovnik.

Driving up to the apartment is rather challenging due to steep and narrow street. However doable. There is also good priced Uber and bus options so don’t get discouraged and choose this gem of the place

Short walk to bus stop that takes you into old town (just over 5 mins) - otherwise we sometimes got Ubers from bottom of the road. Private parking space for our rental car. Good value for money and would definitely recommend!

Very nice and cute apartment. In apartment was everything what you need, small kitchen area but there was everything you need for making meals. The pool and outside kitchen area is perfect idea for summer. The host was really helpful and could answer to all of our questions. City where this villa it is quite small but there is everything you need(markets,bistro, bakery u.c). Bus stop to Dubrovnik is around 10 min by feet. Really this place is where you should return and relax :) Of course the steep road is quite challenging but in Croatia it’s nothing unusual:)

The hotel is about 10 minutes up a hill from the main road- it's a workout! The town gets very quiet in the evening and the stores close by 9, so you may need to plan ahead.

so clean, wonderful view, pleasant and helpful communication with the host via Whatsapp, and the room had everything we needed. The hotel is about 25 min bus ride away from Pile (Old Town), depending on time of day. Markets, bakery, bus stop were nearby (roughly 10 minute walk).

The drive up the hill from the main street was a bit intimidating, as it was an old narrow windy two-way road not all that much wider than our car at some points and we arrived at night. I don't consider this a real negative for the property....it almost was part of the overall European experience...but think visitors should be aware of it.

The apartments were more recently constructed by the host family, so not only was our apartment clean, but also everything was new and tastefully designed and equipped. The best part of this accommodation was the $1 million view as the property was located at the top of a hillside overlooking the valley. Even though we arrived by car, getting to Dubrovnik was made pretty easy by the bus system...which can be caught at the bottom of the hill (easy walk)....about 20 minutes ride to the city gate. Free parking was a plus for us. The host family was very accommodating and friendly.

Everything was perfect at this villa. The hosts were so friendly and helpful and made you feel at home The view from the villa is absolutely gorgeous and the outdoor space is incredible. The beds are so comfortable and the villa is decorated beautifully with lots of space. We loved it and we will definitely be back!

The minus we encountered in our vacation is not strictly related to the location and the road to the location, but to the area of ​​Dubrovnik which in general namely - the streets are very narrow and the access with a bigger and lower car is difficult to perform. Of course, the locals are used to and drive casually on these streets.

We arrived at the location before the appointed time, to see briefly where we would stay, but the hosts were so welcoming that they were waiting for us ready and gave us the key to the apartment. The apartment is furnished with good taste, the design is nice, the space is very clean and comfortable. We received a natural juice and Croatian beer from the host. We corresponded constantly with the host Nikolina, she helped us both in terms of accommodation, but also related to tourist activities in the area. She is the best host I have met so far.

The property is up a steep (and very tight!!!) road from the main road, so be wary if you don’t have a car! Wouldn’t recommend if you are looking to frequently visit the Old Town.

The property was finished well. The bedding felt clean and we had a great sleep!! We enjoyed our own private terrace to eat evening meals on, and to view the sunset from. The pool and terrace were a great addition, with a superb view to top it off! We finished our trip here with a 2 night stay and we just relaxed by the pool…we left feeling refreshed. The host was welcoming and friendly. The children were well mannered and always said hi as they passed. Our host was very kind in letting us stay around the pool until 5pm, after checking out at 10am - as our flight home wasn’t until the evening. We kept our luggage by the pool and used the outdoor shower to get ready before leaving. The bus stop is a 10 minute walk down to the main road - the bus 1A takes you straight to pile gate of the Old Town, costs €2 each and only takes 30 minutes. The busses are prompt, clean and reliable.
