Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Best hotel in Zagreb. Price was very reasonable. Perfect location in downtown Zagreb. Hotel staff were very friendly and responsive to our every request. Room was large and comfortable. Bath room and room were very clean. Artwork and design were interesting and modern. This is definitely the place to stay while in Zagreb.

United KingdomAll great. Only improvements would be to extend the access to the spa to 10pm (in line with many other hotels) and to increase the bartending provision (one guy - brilliant - and his assistant on a packed Saturday night to service the entire bar and restaurant meant long waits).
Very upmarket, trendy feel but without pretention from the staff, who were warm and friendly despite our arriving at 9.30pm in beachwear!

There are electronic controls for light, temperature and curtains next to the bed. A phenomenal coffee machine and espresso cups. SerbiaThe hotel is wonderful. There is not a single negative comment. Lovely modern room with coffee maker, kettle and mini fridge. Every day a bottle of mineral water is provided as a gift. Excellent spa area with sauna and swimming pool. Parking for a car. A stone's throw away is the central park with fountains and plane trees. A special delight is the breakfasts, which will satisfy even the most demanding gourmet. I sincerely recommend the hotel, it’s simply impossible to think of a better one.
