This is more advice than criticism. We were in the hotel for three days and the offer at breakfast was almost identical with minimal changes every other day. Breakfast should be a little more varied.

The hotel is located in an excellent location, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone and the main square. We had parking on the street in front of the hotel with pre-arranged payment, and the guys at the reception helped us for this. The room is very comfortable and quiet. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent and the girls from the kitchen always made sure that there was enough of everything. Of course we will come to the same place next time.

The person who designed the room should be shot. Small foyer with a closet, very roomy bedroom, but the bathroom was tiny and when sitting on the toilet, your feet are literally in the shower. Also, place looked clean but could've done with a swipe of bleach on the soap dispenser and shower curtain.

The location was absolutely the best, and the man who was at the front desk when we arrived gave us a lot of important information, even though it was quite late.

The hotel is located at the city centre which makes everything accessible. The rooms are clean and has air conditioning. The staff are very polite and accommodating.

The Bath was not designed well. The mirror and the lavatory were placed on the bad place with the place with the shower. But this is only a small detail and ind the end I get used to it.

The staff is awesome. We arrived with small baby and wanted it wash. The staff bought a baby basin woth Winnie the Pooh and everything was great. The breakfast was so good. It was really like in the mystique Arcadia. I can say now: Et in Arcadia ego. In positive meaning of course ;-). Thqank You really. We woul like to come back some day. Take care and see you soon

The property was very dirty, especially the bathroom. There was some smell in the hallway where the room was and the bathroom was very smelly. This was the dirtiest 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in.

The room was rather old, esp. the facilities in the bathroom. Breakfast was also rather basic. It is definitely not a 4 star hotel. You need to pay extra for parking.

The location is superb- right next to the main square. The staff was very friendly.
