Would be good to have a fridge in the room

Fabulous location and friendly staff. Close to beach and good cafes, motorbike hire etc. everything you need is a stones throw away. Air con broke down at one point and the staff were extremely responsive - it was fixed within an hour.

A small bar fridge would be good. I was only there for two nights so I didn’t need it, but would be useful for people staying longer. There is however a communal fridge available. Also as mentioned in other reviews, mozzies can get into the bathroom through the little vents, so make sure you have some repellant.

Very comfortable stay. My bungalow was exactly as the pictures. Nice and clean, and cleaned daily. A number of cute restaurant & cafe options 2-5 min walk away.

The wifi was strong outside by the communal area, but weak/transient in the room.

Really nice location, as close as you can get to Bingin Beach without being on the cliffside. Clean rooms with mosquito net for sleeping. For someone vacationing, couldn't be better.

No WiFi in our bungalow (number 4) The duvet didn't have a cover on it and it looked quite dirty. A clean sheet to go in between the duvet would be nice, or a clean cover on the duvet. The room could have done with being aired out/aircon on before we arrived as the bedding felt damp to touch and the room smelt a bit of damp. For the price it would be nice if they included some coffee.

The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful. They allowed me to stay in the room until my flight, free of charge. The place was clean, in a great location near the beach and eateries. The roosters are up early in Uluwatu.

Room was not clean: the bed linen was stained and glasses were dirty, lipstick could still be seen on the glass. We couldn't report this immediately on arrival either, as there was no one around after 6pm. The shower looks really dirty and not inviting to shower in it, there is also lot of limescale. The water in the shower was also just cold. The door has an opening and doesn’t close fully it also has a mosaic hole making everything constantly open and letting in all mosquitoes and insects. The description mentions shuttle service but when we asked about it, staff don't know anything about this. Supposedly 24h reception but staff are hardly to be found on the property. On arrival you don't get a word of explanation or a welcome word. There was 0 lighting in the garden when we stayed, we had to use our mobile phone torch every day in the evenings. Total lack of value for money, definetly not 3 stars!! Stay somewhere else in Uluwatu.

They did not serve any breakfast and you could not buy any food at the place. We had a fan in the room but they lost the remote so only the ac worked.

It was quiet and a beautiful garden. The room and bathroom was nice. The staff was nice and helpful.

WiFi was sometimes slow, misleading information on booking - taxi pick up was 300k and there is no restaurant (but there is a lot of great places near)

Friendly and helpful staff. Aesthetic room, privacy. Perfect location, not far from to the beach, close to the restaurants. Drinking water was provided. Air conditioning worked well. Cleaning service every day. Would definitely book again.
