The aircon struggled to keep room cool during the day, either undersized or neededa good clean.

Location was great, was nice they gave us free breakfast. Food was nice & cocktails were lovely, great place to watch Sun go down on the beach, & when clear Mt Agung looked majestic.

On site restaurant was limited, but lots of restaurants close by so wasn’t really any issue.

Location, right on the beach. Close to the port. Walking distance along the beach at night for lots of restaurants, snorkelling and dive centres. Cute cafe for breakfast across the road.. Pool water was nice not cold. Room was spacious. Staff friendly and helpful.

Bathrooms were dirty and breakfast option was very poor. Believe with very small Investments you could upgrade this place a lot. Cleaning operation should also be finished before start of breakfast.

We were just disappointed with the value of the stay. It was quite expensive for what It was. At first when we arrived the WiFi wasn’t working, which it happened. But the staff didn’t think about giving us the password. The bottles of shampoo and shower gel were empty and the smell in the bathroom was really not good. Plus the breakfast was included in the price, but when we ordered the pancakes we received 2 small ones. The overall stay was okay but just disappointing for the price we paid

It’s pricy, the room is basic and no other amenities. They have very limited food menu, and choice is between coffee and juice, you can’t get both. they don’t serve drinking water, no bread baskets and restaurant closes at 8pm so one has to go out for dinner,

The property location gives a direct access to the beach makes it the best. The staff is helpful.

We really liked the location - it is close to the port and there are some restaurants in walking distance. The place looks modern and the staff is very friendly. They helped to organise a private trip and free shuttle to the port.

Room was a hotel style room and fine for that but we had been spoiled in villas previously so felt a little small. Beach is sandy but in the water it is actually coral bottom so no good for swimming - cool for snorkeling though

The incredibly friendly and helpful staff were a highlight during our stay who helped us with scooter rental, getting to the ferry, water refills etc always with a smile. The pool area is fabulous with a stunning view over the ocean. A few restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The bathrooms need updating and the smell is overwhelming,I think they were mothballs scattered around I guess to cover any other bad smells but it was too much. The cocktails were not great.

Breakfast was average not enough choices for me.The location is the best thing ,perfect ! Staff are amazing incredibly friendly ,helpful and professional. Room comfortable and loved it had Netflix. The room was beautifully cleaned every morning with fresh towel too. The pool was great too,cleaned regularly.

- Nasty smell in the bathroom. I guess that is the way their sewage system is built. They are putting some chemical into it to get rid of the smell but it makes it smell like my grandmother's anti-moth naphthalene closet. However, if you keep the door to the bathroom shut, the smell will not get into your room. - Their breakfast is a bit overpriced. For that money (10 euros), you can get a 4* hotel level buffet breakfast with all bells and whistles in Kuta. - Their restaurant. The burger inside my hamburger was a 15 cm tendon type thread with pieces of meat hanging from it interwoven into a form of a burger. I fed it to their dog, that roams around their property. It looked like they cleaned their meat mincer and made a burger out of what they found wound on the meat grinder knives. And that was 125,000 Rp. While at the restaurant nearby called Holy Penida, I had a very good double burger (chicken + beef) for only 80,000 Rp. - Beach. LOTS of broken corals on the bottom. Like a coral carpet over the sand. At low tide, it gets very shallow at a long distance and the water goes back to the parts with no sand on the bottom, just old coral reef base. I did not see a single person in the water for my two nights at this hotel: everybody swam in the swimming pool. They even warn you at check-in that you should be careful going into sea as it has a lot of stones on the bottom. So if you are going there for a beach vacation, this is not the place!

- Location. Not far from the port. - A very good "atmospheric" open air restaurant nearby with good food and live music. - Room and the territory with a swimming pool radiate luxury. - Very attentive and well trained staff always ready to help. - Free transfer to or from the port (you can use it once though, for the second time you will need to pay 6 euros). It is only 1.6 km from the port, so you can walk if you do not have much luggage. I am giving them 9: if you do not eat at their restaurant and do not go into the ocean, it is perfect.
