We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaDo not stay here. We booked room with breakfast included. Which they did not agree with. The breakfast was toast and jam or rice. 24/7 the building water pump is so noisy it's Impossible to relax or sleep. Ended up.being moved to the lowest floor and the pump still terrible. Stay for a week and if you get clean towels within 48hrs they charge you. Hallways were like a sauna. TV was fuzzy couldn't see the screen. No wifi at all in the rooms. When it's says free wifi in the booking.
Roof top pool was ok. Location was very good.

AustraliaNo wifi. Had to change rooms 3 times due to black mould problem. Room 221 stank of mould and visible on walls - staff offered to spray deodorant as a solution. I said no, I would like a new room. Was then moved to 319 which also had a serious mould issue on the bathroom wall between bathroom and bedroom (visible from the bedroom side) and the bathroom was filthy. Staff did not come to check to make sure it was ok. It wasn’t so I had to go back a third time and was given room 506 which had no visible mould but was still musky smelling, although not too bad. Was late at night so I accepted this room, especially since they kept making me wait lengthy periods of time between room changes even though I was the only person there. However, the TV did not work (fuzzy and unwatchable) and neither did the wifi. I was told on multiple occasions that the wifi was going to be fixed in 20 minutes and a “technician is on the way”. Was never fixed and I heard every other person complaining about their fuzzy TV and no wifi. Shower door partially missing as well and room door did not close properly. Had to force it to stay closed. Staff said that was ok and not broken, even though when they attempted close it, they had the same result. Day 3 I changed hotels and went to stay at the Mercure instead after some bogan up in the pool area became threatening and abusive. Never. Again. Also, there’s nowhere to put your clothes in the room. Just 3 coat hangers on the wall and that’s the only spot to put your clothes so you have to keep them in your suitcase which is annoying. Also, most of the sun beds by the pool were broken and none of them had cushions. Towels in short supply. Had to go down to reception to ask for towels as there were 3 used ones by the pool which they pointed to for me to use. Clearly used by other people. I said… ahhhh… no thank you..??

Indonesiastill make different between local and Bule the staff was racism ,I walk to find my room for 4 time go and back from the lift but I never find one staff in this place, but I hear the staf bring western guest to the room but not for local.also you will not find any help from the staff ,I decide to move from this place so just check out at 4pm ,I don't like Komplain but need to make change little bitt, the room was very old and very dirty. AustraliaThe bed was a tiny bit hard. But we are used to a very luxury bed at home and they were large beds and fit a family of 4 in one room as our youngest was new to travelling. Great value for money. Wonderful staff. Great breakfast. Would stay here again.
The gentleman that cooked myself and my daughters the best scambled eggs we've had and bonus points for the presentation and they were hot (which I struggle to get from my fry pan to dining table hot 🤣) The room we had was great. And cleaned beautifully daily except one day we had a lazy hotel day. The tiles around the pool get a bit slippery when your wet. So be careful. But the pool was clean and warm with a view of Bali from the roof and the patio is decorated beautifully and comfortably. All the staff were lovely and friendly. We walked almost everywhere. And the laundry lady next to mini mart I think it was Ruma's little blue sign, she wad $8.80AUD for 6kg washing i think, And it was pressed and folded so beautifully and professionally. We had a wonderful stay.

AustraliaBathrooms were very old and run down and the room was old. Paint was stripping off the walls and the room smelt musty; like mould. The room wasn’t very clean either. You get what you pay for here, we weren’t expecting the world, but thought it would be a little cleaner and newer facilities then what was there.
Great for a one night stay, before heading home or heading elsewhere in Bali. I wouldn’t have wanted to stay for more than a night, the room facilities were very run down and weren’t very clean. The rooftop pool was great, the kids loved it! The breakfast was good and staff were friendly.

Australiabooked this hotel almost 2 months ago from Australia. Booked 2 singles with pool view. Get to the hotel after 6 hours coming from Gilli T, hungry, tired and needing a shower to find that the room has a double bed and a view to the street. No available room for us. Btw balcony is very very small. So we had to walk around at 9pm looking for accomodation. The 2 underage staff at reception were inexperienced and made a call to their superior “I’m guessing” but got nothing which speaks badly of the owner of this Hotel. With my friend we are almost 60 and not so demanding but this has never happened to me and I hope it never does again.
