We had a couple things not working but were promptly replaced or fixed. The tiles were a bit slippery after getting out the pool.

The pool was amazing, the staff were amazing, the dinner at the restaurant was really nice, they did run out of beer one night.

The staff is very friendly and will help you with everything! The room is very spacious, we had a bath and shower and they arranged a baby cot and also a really nice view! 2 pools, massage possible, a gym, restaurant and also in a really nice calm area in Ubud. 10min with the scooter to Ubud busy area, but enough nice restaurants around.

There was electricity problem three to four times during our stay. Pool filter was not working on third day. Bathrooms need little renovation.

Very big rooms and very neat and clean villa. Pool was of good size. It was separate from main reception area so no disturbance. We enjoyed our stay at Budhi Ayu. Last day we took floating breakfast that was very nice, beautifully decorated baskets.Staff of Budhi Ayu is just amazing,everyone was beyond our expectations.

The only issue was walking to the quiet streets of nyuh kyunig involved a 5 min stretch of a busy road without a dedicated path- but once you crossed into the residential area there were great food options.

I stayed in the older rooms of basically a new 4 star new hotel- all the facilities were fantastic, my room was huge with a lounge area, spring water & large 4 post bed. The gardens and pool areas were gorgeous. Amazing value for a cheaper room.

2 bedroom villa, rooms had seperate access - one upstairs and one downstairs. A parent had to stay with each child in each room, not suitable to have little kids in their own room. Downstairs bathroom quite dated. Otherwise no issues at all. Loved our stay.

Wonderful staff, lovely breakfast, very nice lobby, pool and restaurant. Amazing food. Kids describe all meals as the best they’ve ever eaten. We stayed in a two bedroom villa with private pool which was handy.

The staff were very friendly and professional, so lovely with our child. Recommend the free activities at the hotel, we were taken on a walk to a local rice paddy and taught to make offerings. I also liked the way they were more eco conscious with refillable mineral water tanks

I heard they are renovated new rooms so next time i would ask for this. Personally - more light in the room would have been good and something where to put the suitcase.

It was my first time in the hotel and i liked the location and the second pool on the other side of the hotel. The room was OK and functional, the bathroom big.

We had an average room then there was a water leak so they immediately upgraded us and moved us into an amaizing room. The pool was great.

Lack of cleanliness of showers. I didn't want to have one. Kitchenette is unkept and falling apart.

The villas (we were in number one) definitely needs some maintenance. More specifically the kitchen and the bathroom. It was very rusty and in kitchen it felt sticky (which is why I wouldn’t use it). Not sure how often the pool was cleaned but during our stay (3 nights) it wasn’t filtered. Those who don’t like lizards should be prepared there are many of them (also inside the room). But I think it’s quite common and normal in such tropical places.

The stay was okay. The staff was really nice and also very nice room service. The bed was comfortable and clean. I liked that it was in the quiet area but for some it might be a disadvantage that it’s not close to the city. Breakfast was just okay. However, the restaurant had very nice food. Also, I loved the massage.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom pool villa first and it wasn’t great. Our pool had green slime along the bottom and the villa was very run down. We had a big storm and lost power and water (no fault of theirs the storm was really bad). They tried their best to accomodate our group. Can’t fault that at all.

The staff were absolutely amazing and tried to help us with our stay. We were moved to another room which was a deluxe suite and this was very nice. My photos are from the new room we were transferred to.

Would have been nice if the pool was open earlier than 9:00am and if the happy hour was for all drinks and not just a few select cocktails

Photos don’t do this resort justice. It is close enough to dining and entertainment but far enough away that it is very peaceful at night. It is only a 5 minute stroll to the beach and if you want to explore further away Gojek or Grab cars are only a few dollars.

The room.- the washroom. The room given to us was I guess under construction- the washroom was dirty and the water coming out of the tub was dirty. The floor of the washroom was also dirty. The tea & coffee served in restaurant wer cold.

The staff & the location that’s it.Special mention of Subhadra the receptionist who was too courteous and assisted us from start to end.

Not a huge issue but the Villa bathrooms a bit dated and outside kitchen area but we didn't really use the kitchen as we ate out. Need to taxi to shops but yet again not an issue as we loved everything else here

Staff and breakfast were amazing. Villas were huge and it was great having our own pool away from main guests therefore could make as much noise especially with children. We had all 3 villas. Other family had suites in the main hotel and these were beautiful would recommend. Do the free rice paddies tour very informative and interesting. Staff were amazing and we tipped extra at the end especially for Sylvia
