When it rains, room service might take a while. Also, sound proofing in rooms can be better. Can hear vehicles driving by and nocturnal birds chirping late at night.

The kindness of the staff of the hotel. They celebrated my birthday by bringing me a cake with candles, put roses petal on my bed with little decorations. It was absolutely adorable and kind! The location is great and the pools are lovely! Rooms are very comfortable and clean.

Strategic location, just a street away (3-mins walk) to the street with all kinds of cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and massage parlors. Easy to walk around and spacious and clean room. A very private and quiet hotel, but still within the heart of Canggu. Loved everyone at Chessa, very friendly!

The room service was Ok. We didn't get one order, but the others arrived as expected. There is no way of ordering food or drink when you are at the pool, & there are no toilets in the pool area.

We saw this hotel being built during our last visit, & liked the location. The entrance is a bit difficult to sort initially by car, but everything else was spot on. Our flight was delayed by 12 hrs, so we arrived very early in the morning. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming. The hotel is only 6 months old, so it's all very new. While our room did initially feel little small, we found it more than adequate after our week there. The beds were extremely comfortable. The couch, TV & balcony were great. The bathroom was well sized & well set out. As you are halfway between Batu Bolong & Nelayan, you have two beach accesses. There is a Minimart & money change just around the corner, so making life easy. You are walking distance to most restaurants, & there is a pub across the road. While we a little concerned about traffic noise, but it wasn't an issue. The staff were brilliant. Always friendly & helpful.

Staff were amazing and hotel facilities are amazing. There is supposedly also a gym to be opened soon too. Short walk to centre and beach. Really great place to stay and would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, not near to the main road for some peace and quiet while not far so that most popular places are accessible by foot. Superb staff and cozy facilities who went over and beyond as soon as they found out the stay was for our honeymoon.

Nothing everything was perfect

We loved everything about Chesa! The cleanliness, comfortability, location and the beautiful staff! The bed was one of the best I’ve had in Bali Location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops but away from the noisy main street which made our stay so peaceful. The staff were so attentive, helpful and beautiful! Would highly recommend to friends and will be back for sure!

Absolutely loved everything about staying at Chesa. The staff were amazing and the rooms were so clean. The pools were also well maintained and the showers had great water pressure. The location was really nice too. Lots of restaurants and bars within a 15 min walk. Batu Bolong beach was super close too.

Excellent hotel. Its a new hotel and they have maintained it very well. The quality of the amenities provided in the hotel is top notch. Bed was more than comfortable and room was clean and spacious. We felt like a home. Staffs are very courteous. All the beach clubs are nearby the hotel. All restaurants, cafes, markets everything was in walkable distance. Their pool was amazing and very clean. Loved the stay and highly recommend when in canguu

The hotel is also so beautiful. The grounds are quiet but it's still in a fantastic location. When you walk out you're just a short walk away from so many lovely restaurants and bars. The rooms are stylish and the pool isn't crowded. The staff are also just amazing.

There are two pools, one didn’t get much shade, but there was always a bed by the sunny one.

Super friendly staff, quick service by the pool, great location (within 5 mins of amazing places like The Lawn, Yuki, Old Man’s , the beach and so much more!!). Amazing coconut cocktail on the menu and very attentive room house keeping. Would definitely stay again
