Loud in The morning, not The best barhroom but everything okay compared to The Price

But had a pungent smell but sheets were clean and fragrant. They also clean the rooms daily which is a plus side. Bugs and worms were there but they were outside my room and also I find it sceptical when people complain about lizards and bugs in a tropical island. Breakfast was passable, go for bread and omelette … both fried noodles and pancakes are not great.

Checked in during April, rooms were clean. Location is why the stay gets the stars , infinity pool which converges to the view of a mountain in Bali and it’s so majestic to see with the ocean vibe. Also walkable distance to the other harbour of nusa - buyuk harbour. Bathroom were super clean but only drawback was salty water, my hair was getting messed up also I don’t have much on my head though. For the price , it’s good. I stayed for 3 days Suggestion for improvement - paint the walls in the bathroom , open the room to let the air in so the smell goes out. Put a fan cause the AC takes time to cool the room.

The aircon could have been colder and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. Otherwise very pleasant

The view from the upstairs balcony was superb. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged our bikes, as well as our ferry to the Gilis. Very warm and welcoming and was also great for working as there was lots of space. Central location and the best view of Agung!

The bathroom is really run down. The water pressure is bad and there’s limescale everywhere. There is no fridge in the room, but the nice staff allowed us to store some drinks in their fridge.

The staff is really friendly and the pool overlooking the sea and the mountains was really nice!

The location isn’t really the best if you consider nearby restaurants or business in general. But if you’re looking for a place to wind down, you’re all good. You can also always rent a scooter for a fair price and go whenever/wherever you want to. Also, if you arrive at the Buyuk Harbour it’s actually located very well and even walkable if your traveling with light luggage (it’s a little uphill, but better than taking an overpriced Taxi)

Beautiful view on Mount Agung and super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and bed were clean and comfortable. Pool is small but still nice. Breakfast ist absolutely fine and the location in general is great for winding down and even working remotely for a few days. Nothing really to complain!

Cottage can provide a meal but there is a limited selection, there aren't any eateries nearby, you will need a scooter ($$taxi) to commute, or hike up a steep road on the way back to the cottage. Our room was on the ground floor, there were bugs everywhere even after the staff sprayed and cleaned daily.

Twin room is just a disaster. It smells very bad (humidity and canalisation). Worms are walking everywhere (photos). The sheet wasn't clean (photo). Staff tries to be helpful but is rarely available (nobody on the reception desk, or they are outside or sleep...). AC not working correctly.

Swimming pool and view are nice. Good breakfast as well.

Given the remote location, you rely a lot on the staff to give you accurate information and organize transport etc. Well, the staff couldn’t help at all and was extremely greedy.

the restroom wasn’t too good. not too clean and only hot water for 5 minutes. there were no refrigerator to store cold water or other foods.

staff were sweet and the ac was really good. the view was fantastic and the location a little op the hill made it a quiet place.

the location is on a mountain so you need to drive up there. we went with scooters and luggage so it became a bit difficult.

1. They accept only cash and No cards. 2. Few Lights (Especially the light near mirror) were not working in the room and the room had a broken almirah. 3. We need to cater for dinner and lunch as there is no restaurant , and the breakfast provided were mediocre. 4. Dont expect any assistance in terms of rent a bike or hiring a taxi. 5. Water leakgae in bathroom.

Didn't have a hot shower, only cold. Although with the hot environment it's not that terrible. Breakfast wasn't really good.

Really nice view. Bed really comfortable as well. Price quality excellent.
