Blankets were separate from bedsheets and were very unpleasant

Liked everything. I’d say the deluxe room which is only slightly more expensive than the standard double room is better value as the jump up in space etc is quite big

The WiFi was poor

To be honest, I believe that for those of us who stayed for a short period it was okay. The property is very pretty, however the bathrooms leave a little to be desired. There was mold in the bathroom which was a bit unpleasant.

Rooms could be cleaned more often, ours was not checked for the 2 nights, towels were not changed daily. When we asked for anything though, staff were all to happy to assist

At arrival we got an unexpected update for our room. The room was amazing! Very spacious and next to the pool. Also the staff is really friendly and the location was great.

Acoustics of building not great. Could hear sounds in other room and Adhan which during Ramadhan runs until midnight. Compromised sleep. However, earplugs provided.

Staff were very friendly. Fantastic breakfast offering. Excellent standard of cleanliness. Overall professionally run hotel. Close to the pier if you have heavy bags and don't want to use donkey.

Even though we got a room upgrade, our room was very humid and a bit old. We had a mouldy bathroom but still clean. The water in the shower was a bit salty.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us with everything we needed - extending our stay, organizing laundry, etc. We got a free room upgrade, which was a nice surprise. Moreover, the free breakfast in the restaurant was tasty (I recommend the burrito).

The rooms were on the smaller side, also there weren't any surfaces to place things. E.g. board in bathroom to put toiletry bag.

Very friendly staff, gave recommendations for bikes and boat tickets and everything. The location is perfect, short walk from the harbour, close to the night market and many restaurants and bars. Bike parking in front of the hotel, water dispenser available and yummy breakfast. I also liked style of the building.

The staff are what makes staying here so pleasant. Location is good also .. walkable from the Main Street to fast boat, restaurants, shopping , etc. The breakfast that came with the room was really nice. Pizza was good here too.

We had to ask for our room to be cleaned twice and staff responded to tell us to put the sign on the door which we had done. It seemed like a lot to ask even though the hotel wasn’t busy. The breakfast was also not very good. Quite noisy at night.

We liked that it was 2 mins walk from the port so didn’t have to use the horses as it is very sad to watch them being malnourished. It was also in a main area so has lots of restaurants and main bars within walking distance. The pool nice and air con is good.
