Service was excellent . View from the room & Skydome Restaurant was really good. Room was clean, bed was comfi. Aircon was cold. Netty, the Duty Manager was very nice & very helpfull. Pa Ponco, the breakfast Chef really surprised me, he made me a special dessert & a hotplate lobster omelette for breakfast which were very yummy. A special thanks for pa Ponco. :-) Jessica at Skydome restaurant was really nice, she was so sweet, quick, gave good recommendation what to choose. A big swimming pool with wide slide for the kids. Ooo... this place is very close to Jatim Park, the Zoo & Museum angkut.

The pool was downright filthy. I wonder if it was because we went there on a weekend, but the shallow n warmer pool where children usually play had SO MANY bits of dirt quite visible to the eyes. At one point I might have spied a piece of glob looking not entirely unlike phlegm. I hope no kid got sick from swimming there :(

The staffs were very accommodating, we got to check in early without prior notice. The room was clean. The food was good. The kids club (or playground) was small but quite entertaining for toddlers and younger kids

The Breakfast experience could be better. The corridors on level 2/3 are too dark. The wayfinding to the cycling/jogging was confusing. The payment system of the restaurant and the hotel can be combined.

The facility has Sufficient amenities, eg gym, pool, and wifi. Friendly staff

A lot of flies in the dining area during breakfast but I was told it was a seasonal thing so I am not sure if there are flies in other months. I just wish more can be done to repel them while we were eating. I wish the pool is bigger but that’s ok because Batu has so many attractions for us to just be cooped up in the hotel.

Spacious room with comfy beds. The room is equipped with air purifier. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We requested for a slice of cake for my daughter’s birthday and they came as a group to sing birthday song to her. Lovely! It is also very near to Batu Secret Zoo. We can see part of the Drive Through Zoo from the hotel premises, which was a really nice surprise! I will definitely return here if I go to Batu again.

On one of the days we were staying, we turn red 'no disturb' sign on because we want to rest inside our room during the day after early morning outing, but at around midday we received a phone call from the house keeping just to confirm that we don't want the room to be cleaned. It's so annoying as the phone woke us up and disturbed our rest.

The breakfast is very good with varieties of menu. The towels look dirty as they are not white anymore and show some stains on it.

Bedsheet and pillow case are dirty. There are lipstick stain there. Electric kettle is not working. Breakfast's menu is less varied for resort, but the taste is regular. There some eggshell inside the omelet.

There are lots of ants in one of our room so that we have to remove all of our food from table. The water of kids swimming pools looks dirty.

The room is nice, clean. The ambience of the hotel is excellence. Tha facility is good, the restauran is perfect, lots of varian of restaurant such as oriental restaurant, western n indonesian food.
